The room is clean and well arranged. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and complete. The cookies and coffee in the lobby are a nice homey touch...who doesn't love the smell of fresh baked cookies? We are travelling around the country but stayed here an extra day as it was so very comfortable. Thanks!

Don’t stay at this hotel! We stayed for one night on our way from Utah to Texas. We checked out at 9:02am. Next day we get charged an additional $250 for damages. They claimed that we had left a plate of food in the microwave and left it on. We NEVER even used the microwave. The fire department had to be called and there was smoke damage. I checked with the local dispatch to verify that they weren’t making the story up. Dispatch said that the alarm came in at 10:37am…over an hour and a half AFTER we checked out. I suspect that housekeeping was the one heating up a plate of food and forgot about it. Housekeeping had already knocked at our door before we checked out so they knew we were already going to leave. I tried to contact the manager via phone and email and she never returned my calls or responded to my email. I could not believe a hotel would not even try to contact me about damage. I am disgusted with how horribly this was handled. Being charged $250 for something we did NOT do is completely absurd!

Very decent hotel for the price. I didn't expect too much but the suite was very spacious. It didn't help that a giant spider was crawling on the ceiling. I understand those things can happen. I was very pleased withe brunch selection.

This Radisson is a pleasant hotel in a good location. Staff is very courteous and nice. Hotel is kept clean and adequate. Bed is a bit squishy but fine for the price. Could use a bit of sprucing and some updates. Breakfast included is always a nice addition to a hotel stay and that is just a standard continental breakfast. It was quiet enough at night and no disturbances. Overall a comfortable stay and I would stay again.

Front desk staff excellent. Hotel pleasant, clean, quiet. Great recommendations for meals . Breakfast good. Beds comfy. Definitely would recommend. Bonus, lobby has fresh cookies , tea, coffee daily .

I like the property especially because of its staff. The lady on the desk during the night promised me that she would leave some notes and recommendations for the next day travel to Grand Canyon. And i was so amazed to see in the morning that very structured hand written notes along with Maps were handed to me by “shy” (sweet girl in the morning shift). I must apologise to the person who prepared all the notes for forgetting her name. But her recommendations made my trip very efficient and specially the city of “Williams” (neat and beautiful town on route 66)||More positives - |- A burritto restaurant at 2 minutes walk (only drive thru is open so if you are walking, place your order at the collection counter)|- Adjacent Gas station, that too with very helpful staff (gave good recommendations for Route 66) |- Designated smoking area next to parking|- Souvenir magnets (must buy at the hotel as they are cheapest here)

Used to work here and i was trained to not change all the sheets. And because of low supplies they would clean every area with the same items, for example they would clean and wipe toilet and use the same rag on the rest of the restroom. Very dirty under the beds. And the bugs are huge.

Great location, but room smelled like dirty mildew feet carpet. Sheets had spots on them, unfriendly staff. The room smelled so bad our clothes stink. The air conditioner barely worked. Will not go back.
