We had a fantastic experience! Due to a massive blunder with the airlines, we had one problem after another. This hotel was so good to accommodate and help us out. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a hot breakfast with actual plates and silverware, which was nice. The rooms were clean and up to date. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely use this hotel again.

Stayed for 5 days because of a wedding. Staff was 5 stars, everything else was very questionable. Forget the pool area, so full of chlorine, it burnt your eyes just entering the area. The children running around the hotel stunk from the smell! Hotel has 1 elevator for 3 floors so it was slow and full of people. Says has shuttle service, that is occasionally mid-day if they have someone. Housekeeping is non-existent , I asked why and was told not enough staff and cost prohibited. At $350.00 a night you would think I could get clean sheets (they were old and needs to update), or trash emptied. They said on special requests or do-it-yourself. The thermostat did not work in the room. Would not recommend or stay here again. A newer Holiday Inn is just across the highway looked so much better.

I am not rating a room here. The company I work for recently held a Director meeting followed by employee training sessions. We were so impressed with the staff and venue. From setting up the room to keeping us filled on coffee and water. The service was great!! 😃 This is great location and though we didn’t stay over night I noticed families enjoying the pool and water slide. I also noticed people really enjoyed the breakfast buffet they had put out! It looked amazing!! I want to give a special shout out to Josh for being so quick and respectful with our requests. The crew there did a wonderful job of supporting us during our long day. We will be back soon I am sure! 😃😊

Arrived well after check-in time. Rooms were not ready. My family with three young kids had to wait hours for our room to be prepped because they were short cleaning teams. The person at the front desk, Emmie, is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. She was handling the mass chaos of all the other waiting families in a very professional and kind manner.

We stayed here for our anniversary as it was dog friendly and a good jumping off point to access the North Shore. The location was a little bit misleading as I thought we were in Duluth, but it is actually Hermantown (my own fault for not doing more research). The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating when we checked-in. The entire stay was quiet and clean. Breakfast each morning was great and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The parking lot has a lot of spots so you always feel close to the main door, which we liked. Conveniently located near lots of food and shopping too. A great stay and we would not hesitate to recommend!

Positive: Kids liked the pool water slide. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of breakfast options. Bathroom was clean and temp of room was comfortable. Negative: Elevator was dirty. We used the pullout couch in the room. Underneath and behind the couch was dirty, even spilled french fries underneath.

Positive: I liked when we first checked in and there were actually cookies where they were supposed to be. Negative: YES there were many things that I didn?t like about the hotel. First off the hotel room had firework pop it stuff all over the bathroom. The room had hair, stuffed splattered all over the wall. Just was not clean at all!!!

Positive: Local and has an awesome slide Negative: The front desk clerk said that they don't allow locals at the hotel because a few have trashed the rooms. So charge THEM cleaning fees and ban THEM!?But they allow dogs. One peed and defecated in the halls and howled for hours. But no locals. Okay then.
