Average stay at best. The hotel is pretty outdated. The rooms could use an update and the tub looks old. We slept horribly. The hotel is right up against a highway, and you can hear the highway noise like it is in your room. If you want sleep, request a room on the other side of the hotel. The front desk staff was fine. Not overly kind, but fine. The breakfast was hot and was restocked throughout the morning. The breakfast room staff person was helpful. The hotel was okay, but we won’t be back, unfortunately.
Room had heavy heavy smell of cigarette smoke. Bought Lysol to help…only helped short term. I stay in hotels weekly with my career and usually can handle the smells. This one was tough. Biggest issue: On arrival…desk clerk sitting out front smoking and watching her phone paying little to no attention to anyone. Had to wait a few min for her to finish her smoke before checking me in. During my stay…same issue. Needing something at front desk…waited for 5-10 minutes for (I think the same person) to show up. (Sitting out front smoking). I’ve never written a review…but if I’m the GM/Owner…I’d look into your staffing issue.
Such a great place to stay .. We felt very safe, the room was so clean and quiet. The breakfast was just what we needed to get on the road. Breakfast attendant was so nice
Very nice rooms. The free breakfast was delicious! It was located just off the highway and right beside a Red Lobster, with gas stations and grocery store close by. I highly recommend this hotel!
We are local residents. Our landlord rented us a room because they were having issues with water pipes. We originally were going to spend the night as the hotel looked inviting. My boyfriend took a shower while I took my son down to the pool to swim. While he was enjoying the water I noticed something crawling on the floor- upon closer inspection it was a roach bug. We quickly went upstairs to take our showers and get out of there. We didn't want to carry bugs hone with us! In our room we discovered water leaking out of the toilet and the sink faucet head kept falling off. Looks and prices can be very deceiving! Our landlord spent over $100 for the night and we only stayed about 2-2.5 hours. On my checkout I told the lady at the desk and even text the company a picture of the cockroach- no one even replied in an acceptable manner. I would not recommend this hotel!
Fitness center has no weights. It's a treadmill, a stair master , and an elliptical. That's it. The food was ok. The room smelled a little damp although it was furnished nicely. Not a very expensive place but I expected a bit more in the way of amenities. Staff was friendly.
We enjoyed our stay on our way home from Florida. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The desk worker at check-in was very efficient and helpful. The heater in our room had a bit of a rattle, but it wasn't a major problem. We would definitely stay here again.
Check in: check in was friendly and the lady working outside cleaning the garbage area in front was also really nice. Room: We found the room to be very comfortable. There were 2 TVS. One was working fine, one was not working. I'd left the room for a walk, came back, my partner was very frustrated at the tv not working. Turns out it had to be reset, then it worked. Lots of hot water for the tub. Room temperature was easily controlled and the beds were comfy. A quiet sleep. Breakfast: Poor. I saw no attendant, no one cleaning up or refilling items. They ran out of coffee cups. We went back to our room for some. The coffee cream curdled immediately in the coffee. Hoping this was just "looks" we tasted it - nope - that was curdled all right. There was no place to dump this mess (no sinks, no attendant around). Cold food was cold cereal, bread products, fruit, yogurt. Hot food was hardboiled eggs, french toast strips, chicken and waffle machine. Food ran out quickly. There was not enough seating. Red Lobster is next door

Wonderful small brewery tucked away in downtown Dalton. They offer flights of FIVE beers rather than the typical four, so we had a chance to sample most of their offerings, which is surprisingly large selection. We found them all quite tasty, but esp
Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
I am so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant in Dalton . I have lived in Turkey for 10 years . When I go to this restaurant all memories came to my mind ( baklava , Turkish music, kebab ⦠) . The food is amazing . We ordered hummus and chicke
My family of 4 went here around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We were immediately seated. The waitress and, I assume, the owner were very friendly and attentive. The dining area and restroom seemed clean. Some plates were brought to us by the waitress,
Went MTB, as 1st timer. Took two kids. Stayed off the extreme trails, but the rest were well-maintained and easy to navigate. Maps were clear and trails marked. Loved it!
Me, my husband, and my son couldn't be thankful enough to have found this place! We drive OTR and trying to make it home in time for thanksgiving with the family. We weren't showing to get home till about 10 tonight so we figured we might as well fi
Stopped in to try for the first time. Early dinner on a weekday. No wait for a table. Lots to choose from. I ordered the fried shrimp, my wife ordered the shrimp po boy. Both came out relatively quickly and were fresh and hot. No issues, will return
