This was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The elevator had a very bad smell. The bedspread had a big black mark on it. There was blood on the bedroom curtain. The bedroom door was broken. The doorknob on the bedroom and bathroom are broken. The living room curtains are ripped. The light fixture in the bathroom are dirty and it look like something was spilled on the wall. |When we checked in we were informed that the was a $100 hold, just in case. No problem, I understand. When I looked at our account late that evening, the had taken two $100 deposits. |When we went to check out, we told the lady about the clerical error. She informed us that they knew about that. She said that there system does that and they didn’t know why. She said that we agreed to it when we signed the form. We told her that we signed for $100 hold, not $200. She said it didn’t really matter because we would get it all beck. Yes, we got it all back but the point was that that was not what was agreed upon. I told her that if they knew that was an issue, then they need to tell people beforehand. |She had me email her all the pictures and told me that the owner would be contacting me. That never happened.

I attempted to check my family into this hotel on August 19th. A woman and a man was working the front desk. As I entered my room before I could pull the chair from the desk and have a seat a big crawled out and ran across the room. I went back downstairs and waited patiently for them to assist other guests. I asked for another room. As I exited the elevator to the second room, I was greeted with the smell of marijuana. This next room had stickiness on the floor and I stepped in it right as I turned on the lamp to see the room. I went downstairs and told the woman I was leaving and did not feel comfortable staying. She said that I would be refunded and it has not happened. I called and spoke to a man with a strong accent on August 23 after the charges hit my account. Still no refund. The place is outdated. The couches in the lobby as well as the bedroom look about the same age as the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The room was nice. I was traveling with 2 kids so the room with 2 beds was perfect. The bed was not at all comfortable though. The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool had weird operating hours when we went. It was only open from 7pm-11pm but kids weren't allowed to swim past 930 and it was a small awkward room so we didn't use the pool.

I was very pleased with my stay. It definitely was a great value! All of the staff were VERY friendly. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was as well. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast! They had a waffle maker, muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, and so on. If i am back in the Atlanta area, I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was clean. The location was perfect, and there were many stores and restaurants nearby. The only complaint was that the bed and pillows were not the best, and the carpet in the hallway needed to be cleaned.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with this chaotic situation. Called to book the room with jacuzzi since I was seeing my husband for the first time in 6 months (he was over seas) also our anniversary and the first time we will be alone since having our son. I literally called so there would be no error in booking and after arriving I walked in the door and immediately knew I wasn’t in the correct room. I call desk and said I think we are in the wrong room she says king suite non smoking and I said yes ma’am but I called to book to get the jacuzzi and explained it’s an important weekend we only drove so far and booked bc of that specific room type. She said nope not gonna get the jacuzzi so I asked about changing reservations or rooms and again very short not kind and no was pretty much all I got so I said okay I’ll call about canceling and going to the next town over… she replied to say u already checked in so we aren’t going to refund on arrival day and neither will the booking company… incredibly rude I’ve cried and been on the phone for two hours in the parking lot at 10 pm and still not receiving any proper help or assistance

Molly at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She made the check in process quick and easy. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and informative. She was able to answer all my questions and provided all-star customer service. She made the atmosphere inviting and welcoming. 😊

I’m highly upset with my stay. It was so expensive to stay here for one night and we booked mostly for pool when we got there the parking lot was tiny and very hard to park in. There were dead bugs in the window of our room, the phone in room didn't work, there was no pen or paper at desk, the tv in bedroom didn’t work and someone had to come and fix it and when she came up she told us she was the only employee in the entire hotel in the middle of the day and that she told them about the phone but it wasn’t a priority for them to fix, we told her about bugs in window and she took pics said she would tell them but there are new housekeepers so they prolly just didn’t see it or know to clean. We were terrified to get on elevator after reading reviews after we arrived about multiple people saying they got stuck on it and it was acting funny the one time i got on it, so we had to clime 6 flights of stairs every-time. the plugs by the beds didn’t work at all. the pool had so much chlorine in it just being in the pool area for more than a few mins all of our eyes were burning. and the pool was tiny! the pictures in there website are definitely not how it looked when we got there. The breakfast was not good at all. Also out the door to our room would open without a key sometimes and the door to the closet was to big for the doorway. The snack machine wouldn’t allow us to buy certain things it would say sold out even tho you could clearly see they were not sold out.The only good thing about the whole hotel was the lady at the front desk was super nice.
