Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia Airport, SC - Hotel in Cayce - 2245 Airport Blvd, USA

The place was great. Staff were friendly on the phone and in person. Needed a room last minute and called. I don't remember his name but he was very friendly. When we got to the hotel his service was exceptional. The room was really clean. My wife has a chemical sensitivity and whatever cleansers are used here were high quality that it didn't aggravate her at all. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay at Country Inn & Suites again.

They need to put caution signs or cones for the area that looks like the entrance in the dark, but it might not be there property, either way I would have given it a 5 star if they had more of a selection for breakfast, you pay $120 a night you should have some meat and potatoes with eggs not just eggs and biscuits and gravy, but the eggs were more delicious than any other hotel we've stayed at, the lady who ran the breakfast was awesome! Oh yea, the bed and pillows were SUPER Comfortable.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. We’ve stayed at this hotel previously, before they updated the downstairs fireplace and stairs. We really preferred the “Country” style stairs and look. The new stairs just don’t fit the Country style look. The room was nice and the water pressure in the shower was nice. Would give this place 5 stars for the area if they went back to the Country look and feel.

TRAILER PARKING!!! I pull trailers for a construction company. It's nice to find hotels that have a side lot for trailers. Right off the interstate and close to stores. Perfect for a one night stay. I was at the hotel for 4 days. Housekeeping sucks at this hotel. They never stopped in my room to give me fresh towels or toilet paper or take out the trash. I work all day and come back to a hotel room that requires more work. This hotel is not good for long-term stays.

They are under construction - extensive remodeling. Our window leaked when it rained. The toilet is very low, and at least it is elongated. Overall the experience is positive. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good ac unit, room is not cramped. We will be happy to stay here again.

I booked a room here at the last minute for an overnight stay Thursday-Friday. Room, customer service, management was all excellent! Nice location too!! Unfortunately we only had one night and the other two nights were reserved at another Radisson on Exchange Road (which was horrible) poor management, not as nicely kept, very unprofessional! We ended up staying elsewhere! 🤍

Been going to Country Inn and Suites for a year or more. Only place I would ever stay while visiting Columbia. Great staff, very friendly and actually care about their guests. Will ALWAYS be my first choice!

Great place to stay, great breakfast. Easy access from Hwy 26. I would have given a 5 star review except for the handicap accessible room for one person in our group was NOT accessible. It seems some businesses don't understand wheelchair access or the needs of people that need wheelchairs. The room reserved for my Brother in law did not allow a wheel chair into the bathroom with enough room to turn and access the shower, the door was in the way. The shower was NOT a roll in style. In addition the toilet was between a wall and a sink with no grab bar. For those that don't know, from a wheelchair, a person usually transfers to the toilet sideways, because they can't stand up and walk. They need to back a wheelchair in next to the toilet. If he could get to the shower, the built in shower seat was at one end of the tub and the water control at the opposite end. That doesn't work either. The bed area had minimal space to move in a wheel chair. The bed was higher than typical wheel chair height, making transfer more difficult.
