Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Buffalo South I-90, NY - Hotel in West Seneca - 164B Slade Ave, USA

Almost all of the staff were just so outgoing and friendly. Every single one (except for 2) went out of their way to say hello or good morning etc. when we crossed paths. The room was booked very last minute as our planned hotel closed their pool and didn't bother to notify their incoming guests. But I was so glad they had space available. We had a king bed with a pull out couch. all was very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot! Breakfast was great when it had food. I think it was more fault of other guests who would pile 4 and 5 sausage patties into their plate, rather than the cook trying to keep it stocked. I did approach the front desk at one point and the lady who was standing there made eye contact while I walked up but then looked down at the computer when I got to the desk. I remained quiet as I assumed she was in the middle of a task. Without looking up she blurted out "yeah, what do you need?" Like I was bothering here. The cook/kitchen lady was also grumpy and abrupt but I understand she was busy and likely in her own head about what needed to be done. The TV stand and dresser in the bedroom were very very dusty but otherwise the room appeared clean!

Great space for families. Spacious. No housekeeping service on the weekend was told by receptionist. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Nice gas fire to sit by outside. Very convenient location close to a great supermarket and the airport, Half an hour drive to Niagara Falls. Substantial self serve breakfast was nice and appreciated complementary tea coffee being available all day in the lobby.

Good location for our purposes. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Good breakfast options: eggs, make-it-yourself waffles, cereals and pastries. ||Nearby plenty of stores and restaurants. Nice outdoor area with a fireplace and chairs and tables. ||We didn’t use them but there was a pool and fitness center. ||Employees were friendly.

Super clean, cozy and breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable, the bathrooms great, fantastic coffee and pleasant staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We especially loved the outdoor fireplace. Close to highmark stadium. Pool was great also.

Our room and bed were great. They were very accommodating when we wanted to add another night. Ice machine not working on our floor. Breakfast was great. We stayed 4 nights, and every day, there was something different provided for breakfast. Large breakfast area. My husband didn't like that there was a flagpole and no flag. We wanted to pay in cash, but they had run it through our credit card already. Great price for that area. Hotel is a little hard to find, even using GPS.

Vacation with my grandson. It was too cool to swim but no pool anyhow. Great beds! Air conditioning was good. We skipped the tiny breakfast and went across the street instead. Very convenient for the state fair and local attractions as well.

The breakfast was about the best thing they had going for them. The staff was helpful if you needed them but not one smiled or made me feel welcome. The bare minimum was done on cleaning in my room not only were the table tops left with some type of residue. The wall by the small garbage can had food particles and who knows what else. The vent in the bathroom doesn’t look like it’s ever been dusted. I’m glad I brought my three year old grandson’s tablet because there was no cartoons on the few channels that were there. I found it lacking mainly in cleanliness is what I’m saying and happy staff I never encountered. For me I would not recommend that any of my friends stay and I will not again either unfortunately

Positive: Everything was clean. Staff were nice. My son loved the pool. Negative: We didn't have soap in our room to wash our hands with but after brining it to the attention of the staff they brought some to us quickly.
