Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Braselton, GA - Hotel in Braselton - 925 GA-124, USA

Our room was really clean, and the lobby was really cute (especially since it was decorated for Christmas). The staff were nice and helpful whenever we interacted wit them. Overall a great experience for us, and we plan on staying again!

We paid for and rented a 2 queen beds. We got to the hotel and only had 1 King bed. My son wanted to sleep on the couch instead of with his parents (who could blame him). We had no sheets or blankets for him. We ask the front desk and we were told they had no extra beddings or sheets. We mentioned that we bought a 2 bed room (more expensive on their website), she shrugged her shoulders. You could hear the road traffic in the rooms. Even with the curtains pulled, in attempts to block out the noise. I am a heavy sleeper and it was loud to me. You could hear people talking in the next room. It really surprised me how unprofessional and horrible the service in this hotel.

Positive: We were attending an event at Road Atlanta, this location was very convenient. Also the staff was very nice. Negative: The hotel is very dated looking & a really weird layout around a big open central area (which is also really weird). The room was clean but dated. I booked a king room, but received a room with two queen beds? Breakfast was inedible.

Positive: Cost and location Negative: Woman at front desk seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem when I talked to her. She was not helpful when I wanted to change rooms the first night I was there. Next day I was able to get another room but there was a womans hair on the pillow

We stay here 3 times a year for 8 years and ALWAYS treated well. Spacious rooms, hot breakfast and a welcoming main lobby to relax with friends and relatives

Positive: The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so helpful, friendly, and they made outstanding recommendations. The breakfast was awesome, fresh, and delicious. The amenities were also great. Negative: The team member assigned to clean our my did not. I returned to my room to see that only fresh towels were left. The dirty ones were still in the tub. I had to request cleaning. I made the bed. The next day, the other bed was left as it was, no cleaning.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to please adults and children. The indoor pool was maintained at the perfect temperature - warm enough to easily tolerate, but cool enough to be refreshing. Terrence, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and professional. I can't express how much he added to our experience. I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were here for our nephew's wedding. We stayed 3 days. All three days were absolutely great. When we arrived (after an extremely long day of traveling), we were greeted by wonderful desk staff. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room, a King Studio suite, was clean and spacious. And the cleanliness was there for all three days. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We loved making our own waffles. Evelyn, who was at the front desk was quite courteous and helpful. On our last day, I went to print our boarding passes and was unable to get the printer to work. A very helpful staff member, (I believe his name was Cham), was able to get them printed for me. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.
