Shuttle driver was fast and efficient! Check in was also fast and friendly! The room was perfectly clean! The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The microwave and fridge worked very well also and was quite handy!|The breakfast was tasty and hot and went all the way until 10am on the weekends!|Location was perfect, about a 10 minute or less walk from the Mall of America! Light rail station is right by the mall and takes you to the airport and Downtown Minneapolis! Lots of restaurants inside the MOA I especially liked the Cadillac Ranch happy hour! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Twin Cities!

Having stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in another location, I had high hopes for this stay. The front staff is very friendly and generally helpful; the hotel is close to the Mall of America (quick walk across the street). This hotel, however, did not meet my expectations. The shuttle from the airport only picks up once per hour, apparently, so we had a long wait. When we finally arrived, the front desk staff were very nice- we were greeted enthusiastically and given directions to the mall. We went to drop our bags and realized we were in for a poor night's sleep. Although our room was spacious enough, everything was shabby and run-down. The mattress and pillows were awful (squeaky and worn bed; flat pillows). |It happened to be in the high 70s that evening and the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm. There was no way to actually control the thermostat, as far as we could tell. Changing the settings did nothing. We called down but were told there was nothing to be done. When we pressed, they manually changed the AC. (It took six hours for the temperature to drop four degrees.) Needless to say, we did not sleep well and would not recommend this hotel. I wish we had opted for the Radisson Blu.

The King Suite has to be the smallest suite we've ever stayed in. Low ceilings, a small bathroom, and furnishings were worn and getting a bit shabby. We stayed in the Park Plaza side of this hotel and had trouble getting in the door. Our room key only opened the door once. Other times we had to either buzz and buzzzzzzz and buzzzzzzzz or get lucky when someone was leaving. Very frustrating. |Our room was hot. I turned the AC down when we got to the room at 3:30. We organized our luggage, freshened up, and left again. When we got back, the room was warmer than when we left. I walked down to reception and spoke with a Guest Services Supervisor. Apparently (if I am to judge by the eye-rolls), I am stupid for not knowing this without being told - this hotel is eco-friendly and you have to be IN the room and moving around for the AC to work until 10 pm. At 10 pm we became VIP's and the AC works. |We didn't sleep. The room cooled off at about 6 am. |This hotel is too expensive to treat guests like this. On our next trip to Minneapolis, I'll book elsewhere.

I really liked this place, the people that I dealt with that worked here were all pleasant at the desk, the shuttle drivers the morning cafeteria worker, one in particular a woman, wasn’t really really nice but otherwise I thought everybody was doing a good job. The one complaint is that they didn’t have any non dairy milk at the breakfast. I mean come on, in this day and age, have non dairy milk. I appreciated the breakfast for my man, he gets hangry if he doesn’t have something 1st thing.|The hallway carpets could us a good cleaning and there was way to much chlorine in the pool. The room was spacious and clean other than that I found a little fake nail on the carpet. Convenient to the Mall and easy to get Ubers.

Staff was friendly and cheerful. Lobby and breakfast room were clean. The room that we stayed in was in desperate need of remodeling. The carpets are stained horribly. The sheets on the beds were stained. The mattresses are worn out. The paint is peeling in several spots in the bathroom due to the fan not being able to ventilate well enough. The bath tub had some black spots that looked like it had chipped or had holes in it. The price and location are good though. The room seemed clean despite it's worn out state. Management seems to be doing the best they can with what the owners gave them. Good job to Management. Owners, do better!

Great location! They’re directly across the street from Mall of America and (from what I can tell) there is a sky bridge right on the other side of the parking lot to get you in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic. Clean, spacious, and feel more like a small apartment. Highly recommend if you need to stay near the mall. Most of the other guests seemed to be either families or on a business trip. I fell into the latter category and enjoyed having a full size desk and chair to work on, the extra space to separate my sleep from my work, and the great layout of plugs for electronics (no crawling behind cabinets is a big plus). Feels very safe as well. Well lit parking lot in a populated area.

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the staff was friendly. Everything was excellent but a bit too expensive, as the services didn't match the high price. But everything is fine and good.

Stayed here during a business trip and the hotel picked me up from the airport and they were very welcoming and friendly! The room was lovely and spacious, quite modern and had everything that you needed. ||The only reason for the 4 star rating, is that the room did not get changed for 3 days straight which I found rather odd and there wasn’t a variety of hot food/options for breakfast, it was limited to either eggs or sausage. There was yoghurt, 3 types of cereal and waffles but I expected a little more variety. ||Overall a pleasant stay.
