Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR - Hotel in Rogers - 4304 W Walnut St, USA

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend baseball tournament. Rooms were decent, bed and pillows were probably the worst I’ve slept on and was told the pool would be ready for the boys to play in. Pool wasn’t even close to ready. When we checked in the staff was very helpful and the woman working the breakfast area was super sweet. The one main issue we had was the woman (a Karen for sure) that works the evening shift until about 10:30pm was the most unprofessional and rudest person I’ve come across in a hotel. As I stated the pool was closed so the first night the parents were in the eating area around 8:30pm watching the NCAA tournament came in and turned the TV off and told us it was time to go to our rooms like we were in a day care. She said we were being too loud in which we weren’t. Just having normal conversations like most adults do. Well we didn’t leave and stayed there and around 9pm she turned the lights off on us. Moving on to the next evening, boys played all day and around 8:30 the boys wanted to hang out together and play games in the eating area and that same front desk lady told our boys they couldn’t be there and told them to go to their rooms and shut up. After confronting her she said it’s quite time and that area was for older people and they don’t want to be bothered by little brats. I asked her I’m an adult and you kicked us out last night but told me she wasn’t going to try and explain herself to me. If you plan to have a nice night with friends or family here don’t stay here. This woman hates life and all kids so be careful. There are many other hotel options here. Management will be hearing from me because we are paying a lot of money to stay here and telling us parents and kids to go to our room and treating us like animals was the last straw. For those thinking this is all I do is write reviews, think again, this is probably my second review ever.

Walked in to check in & was told they had a leak ‘a week or 2 ago’ then when getting directions to our room was told there were tarps I had to walk thru to get there.. or I could take my luggage up the stairs. Found out later I still had to walk thru tarps on the 1st floor to get to the stairs. It also smelled awful which is what happens when you have a leak from 4th floor down.. We stayed 1 night because there were literally no other rooms but found available rooms the next day for the rest of our stay. They still charged us for the 2nd night even though they should have let us know prior to even checking in there were issues. The pool was also closed but gave us the option to go next door & swim.. but who wants to load up their stuff just to swim for a little bit? Will not be staying here again and definitely don’t recommend.

Booked the hotel 2 months in advance for a conference/family vacation. With two weeks until the trip, I received an email they canceled the reservation with no explanation. Edited my review to add: I now realize they closed due to the tornado that devastated the area in May. I wish they would have been more transparent about that.

The elevator was broke, and the indoor pool and hot tub were out of order. Dresser under tv in the living room was broken. 1st day, no breakfast said someone did not show up. The maid was nice, though she checked to see if I needed more towels or trash taken out.

We came here for FFA state CDE competition and apparently there had been a leak on one of the floors, so they had a lot of drawing equipment and tarps. And stuff up so that's the only other reason I would give it less than normal but, the people were nice and we had nice rooms, so.

We walked in to check in and an alarm of some sort was going off. The lady at the front desk said hold on I have to take care of this. After about 20 minutes people started coming from everywhere saying that there was water leaking in their rooms. Next thing probably 20 people in the lobby, some trying to check in, some their rooms were flooding then water started pouring in the hallway and elevator. The front desk person said everyone go to comfort suites tgey know you are coming. We already made other reservations at the embassy. When we tried to make sure we wouldn’t be charged she yelled no one will be charged just get out so we left. Next morning I checked our account and lo and behold we were charged. I called to get a refund which she said she processed but it would be 7-10 days before it would be returned. So… don’t stay there. Also, the poor woman at the front desk was doing her best but she was by herself.

While we just needed one night to have a place to sleep, this hotel was definitely not what I expected after seeing the good reviews. ||Cons: It seems like it’s old and they’ve just kind of maintained it. The carpet in the room was dirty and had kind of a waxy film on it that left your feet black. We wore flip flops. The bathroom was a very nice size, but there was black mold in the shower. The room and bathroom had a strange smell that made us congested. The swimming pool and hot tub were stained brown on the bottom so the water looked dingy. Definitely a “no frills” hotel.||Pros: The front desk staff was amazing at all times. So kind and helpful! The location was great and close to shopping. The breakfast was good and the woman working it was wonderful. The choices offered plenty of protein, carbs, and fruit. ||We would not stay here again though. For the money there were probably better choices.

I stayed one night while a family member had surgery. Check in was easy and my room was clean and quiet and plenty dark to sleep in. I couldn’t believe how quiet! Room cooled nicely. In fact, I had to turn temp up it cooled so well. Breakfast was great! Everyone friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
