OK place to rest for a night on the road. Everything functioned well. Close to the Columbia Airport. Restaurants and pharmacies. Parking is not plentiful, nor felt safe for a woman alone. Not well lit and people hanging around in parking area. A big negative.

Pillows and bed are good. Jacuzzi tub was def worth it. Good coffee and waffles. Pool not open yet. Some cosmetic issues but good for what we needed- just an overnight stop. The sink didn't drain but we got rested

We stay in Choice Hotels almost exclusively when traveling. We have found them to always meet criteria for a good stay. This hotel met very few of our criteria for a good stay. Lighting was pitiful - one table lamp on desk across room from beds. NO lamp available for bedsides at all. One chair at the desk - a hard heavy metal chair - that was it. One trash can in the bathroom. There were 2 beds , the desk, the chair, a TV, one luggage rack and the one lamp. That was it - no bed side table, no seating area as described in booking materials . The bed was comfortable - the only saving grace for the room. There were towels in bathroom and a small shampoo, lotion, and a bar of soap. I would describe this room as the bare minimum. Nothing said we are glad you are here and hope you enjoy your stay with us.... I was expecting a horrible breakfast and it was perhaps one step above horrible. There was enough waffle batter for 2 mini waffles - the attendant came in and took the container out and did not offer to get any more. The eggs and potatoes were cold. The biscuits were cold and the small amount of gravy was luke warm at best. When you eat peanut butter and honey on toast what does that tell you about choices! The coffee - an essential for me was very poor. It was obvious the staff and owners here really don't care about the customers/guests. If you want the bare minimum you might want to come here - we will certainly not be back. I checked to see what other reviews looked like. I could not believe we stayed in the same hotel.

My husband and I just stayed here for the first time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are pretty trashy, stains everywhere, trashy couches and chairs in the rooms, the jacuzzi jets kept going in and out like something was wrong with them. Still trying to figure out the deal with the continental breakfast, didn't look like anything. Barely enough milk for people to have cereal, no batter for everyone to do waffles. The laundry facilities are outside on the sidewalk, which is very convenient, anyone can come around and steal people's clothes. The beds are made so crummy that the sheets fall off when you're sleeping. The only good things about the hotel is that the lady at the front desk is polite and nice and that there are quite a few restaurants around and fast food. But if you get stuck in this area go somewhere else to stay, because again I wouldn't recommend them.

Arrived to find there was only one room left. My card was run for the room. Opened the door and it smelled strongly of cat urine. My husband said it was the smell of a tom cat marking territory. Went back and asked for a refund, stating why we would not stay. Guy said nothing about it, didn't look surprised, just voided the transaction, stating it would be about 5 days to get the money back in the account. Felt pretty obvious that he knew what we would find in that room, but decided to see if we'd just stay anyway. So gross. I never review hotels, but i felt I had to, to keep you from having to deal with it, too!

Couch was stained up, ripped and busted in. Mattress was stained with springs popping us in the back. There were no washcloths in the room so I ended up using a hand towel to bathe with. I pulled the plug on the jacuzzi right before I went to bed and woke up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the whole floor was drenched in water. Not only was the jacuzzi not properly sealed at all around it but somehow the water drained to the floor and saturated the whole carpeted area of the room. Water jets going in and out while in use. Overall the room was very run down and trashy. Definitely not even worth $110.99 a night. I wish I could post the pics I took. Breakfast was nothing but trash food. Sweet sugared cereal, waffles, bread and muffins. Truly surprised that I didn't see any bed bugs. I guess that was the only plus side to my stay. Excuse my name, my son linked his account to mine and that is the end result.

Personally had a positive experience here. Daisy, on 2nd shift, was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. She was sold out of the king beds but had a suite available for under $80! So we stayed in #312. No complaints about cleanliness, except for the carpet. No foreign hairs, no bugs! Clean sheets and towels. WiFi was almost non-existent but that's probably because we were so far from the lobby. Didn't have time to try breakfast but it sure smelled good when I went in to check out. Does need updated and more parking, but overall I would recommend staying here and would stay here again myself.
