Country Club Lakes Apartments - Apartment complex in Jacksonville - 4090 Hodges Blvd, USA

Came here to visit a friend, 1st time seeing a complex like this on Florida. Couple things I noticed. They are very slow to fix anything. The roads leading around this complex was bumpy. I was told sections of that road has been like that for months. I believe that to be inexcusable. Some areas had pot holes that would damage some vehicles. So be careful driving through sections of this complex. I did enjoy walking around the grounds. The ponds had some wildlife in it and was very peaceful. You can tell this is an older complex and with so many new ones going up for about the same price, this would be my last option based on what I saw.

I've been a resident at Country Club Lakes for the past year and a half, and I must say, it's been an absolute pleasure. From the moment I moved in, I've felt nothing but welcomed by the community and the friendly staff. (Shout out to Sarah!) The apartments are spacious and well-designed, providing comfort and a sense of home. Any maintenance issues I've had (which have been few and far between) were addressed promptly and efficiently, with the maintenance staff being both professional and courteous. One of the best aspects of living here is the sense of community. The staff organizes events that are not only fun but also great for getting to know your neighbors. It's a diverse community where everyone is respectful and friendly. In my opinion if you're looking for a peaceful, friendly, and well-maintained place to live, Country Club Lakes is the ideal choice. After a years, I still love calling this place home, and I believe you would too.

The staff are always friendly and helpful when I need them. The Maintenance crew are also friendly and prompt to respond when needed. I feel safe walking alone to my apartment or around the grounds. The pools were a summer favorite this past year. The 1 time I tried the gym, it was nice but my body wasn't so I haven't been back lol. I love the package center and use it often. I have been here a year now and plan to extend my lease. If I don't but a house after this lease, I'll definitely stay again. The location is close to shopping, food and gas.

I like living here so far. The location is amazing. The rent price is fair, the apartment is spacious, and the gym is good with new equipment. The landscaping is nice, although some parts could have an improvement. I like to walk with my family around the lake. Any time I needed any services they came right away. The front people in the office were always nice every time I went there. I would like to give a special thanks to Marina who was always helping with our needs.

I’ve been living here for 3 years and it is awesome. All staff have been very friendly and helpful, Luz the manager always has a very positive attitude and energetic. David and Tony are a great maintenance supervisor and having an excellent team to quick respond to anything we need and they’re all very nice and they always do such a great job! Location is perfect and close to everything. I’m always excited for any events (food trucks etc) or just to walk around the lake and the pools are always clean, my family loves living here, Thank you everyone!

I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and it is awesome. Location is perfect for commuting between work, home, and stores. Maintenance is quick to respond and very nice! All staff have been very friendly and helpful when I have questions or concerns. Every time there’s an event at the main office they always do such a great job! I’m always excited to try any of the food trucks that visit. Loving the new locked box mail room as well!

I have lived in country club lakes for 5 years and have always bragged on where I live and how I have no issues with anyone including the staff. My apartment is well maintained at any time I need something fixed maintenance is there immediately and the workers are very professional and pleasant. I don't plan on moving anytime soon because no other complex could top where I call home...

I was almost going to drive away when I saw the beautiful scenery, I instantly thought I was not going to afford the rent prices. But something pushed me to walk into the office. All the pretty smiley faces made me feel at ease. As I sat down in the welcoming spacious surroundings, I knew this is where I wanted to live! It was a sigh of relief when I realized they found a unit that fit my needs at the price I can afford. I was shown all around with the golf cart all the great amenities. My overall experience was very pleasant. When I moved in, it was efficient and simple. Maintenance is top notch, office is is very attentive, neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'm a 100% satisfied with my choice to live here.
