Country Cafe - Breakfast restaurant in St Robert - 14100 State Hwy Z, USA

Hole in the wall diner with fantastic service. Some of the best service I've had in years. Very small establishment serving up handmade breakfast and brunch. Menu items pictured include the club sandwich and the scuttle butt. They also serve fresh brewed coffee and ice tea. Food was what I expected it to be. It was a perfect place to get a quick bite to eat. The prices reflected the portion sizes of the food. Overall a good experience. There is plenty of parking in front of the building and again, the service and friendliness of the staff is some of the best I've experienced in the midwest in years.

My family and I were out of town on a small 3 day trip, and on the suggestion of google decided to check this place out for breakfast. First off, Its a local owned, mom and pop restaurant. We were welcomed by the nicest, lady as we came thru the door. This place had a very down home feel, very welcoming. My wife and I got a dish called the scuttle butt, ham, egg, bacon, peppers, several things mixed together, with 4 pieces of toast, and it was probably one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. Not only was the portion of this dish huge, it was very well mixed together and the flavors blended amazingly. My oldest son got the country fried steak, and my youngest got the bacon breakfast burrito. I got to try both. The steak, was amazing, perfectly cooked, and the gravy was I assume home made, paired with it perfectly.. The flavor was a great blend of spices, and my son says its the best he has ever had. The bacon breakfast burrito was hands down the best burrito I have ever tasted. The eggs were kind of creamy, and blended well with the cheese and bacon. All in all, it was the best restaurant breakfast I have ever had. If you are in the St Robert area, you have to check this place out.

Its a little hole in the wall. You blink youd miss it. My husband likes to pick small business family owned to eat at. This place wasnt an eye catcher outside nor in but we was there for the food. Only one server at the time but she did amazing as so did our cook. The price was what I expected.

Great little cafe, they have a small menu, which I love, and a very friendly staff. The food is always great, and my cup of coffee is always full. I would highly recommend eating here. Plus they have a whole separate room for smokers.

Found this place by happy accident. Good breakfast and service. Eggs, meats, sides were all hot and cooked to order. The server was very pleasant and did a great job. Would recommend.

First let me start by saying, this place is old, like the bathroom has likely not been updated ever. Don’t expect updates and fancy. It was clean. We stopped on the way home from camping. Enclosed smoking section available, the smell was barely noticeable upon entry to the nonsmoking section. Locally own and operated. Everyone at the table ordered something different. All the breakfast ordered were very good. Simple menu. Stick to your ribs home cooking type breakfast. The server was kind and enjoyable. I would stop again.

Everything was good. Except for the coffee. I'm not sure what it was, but it has a strange taste. The waitresses should really keep their comments private. Listening to them talk about another waitress after she left was not very professional. It's not like I had a choice on not hearing. As I sat next to the kitchen entrance. Basically, they are standing at my table as they are talking to the other waitresses and cooks.

I must say this is my first time here and I am very impressed as I do drive e a semi and I'm from the north east and everything down to the grits was made just right... oh and I almost forgot the prices are just right and everything is awesome even the servers as well....
