Cottages & Suites at Geneva National - Hotel in Lake Geneva - 1091 Hidden Cottage Cir, USA

First time here was for a birthday party and this time we did Christmas here. Both times were awesome. Took pictures of deer on the property. The rooms are exceptional!! Rented out the entire cottage with 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms,upstairs with loft, and basement with ping pong and table shuffleboard. Also had a separate suite that was huge and very clean. Only problem was for the amount paid and the how nice the place was there was no microwave in the room and the fridge was more of a wine cooler instead of a fridge. Other than that it's worth it!!!

Positive: The beds were incredibly comfortable! The restaurant was delicious! The rooms were recently remodeled. Negative: The heat was not on and it is the middle of winter. Entire room Is tiled except a small area around the bed so the entire room was ICE COLD for hours,Even after putting on the fireplace! One tv in the room faces the sofa only. Bathroom has no heat!!

This is the Double Queen Room (upstairs version). I absolutely love this hotel and refuse to stay anywhere else when visiting Lake Geneva. I stay here multiple times throughout the year and always have a great experience. This place is my home away from home.

Absolutely amazing experience at GN! We stayed in the Double Queen Suite- the room was so spacious with beautiful finishes. Comfortable bed & pillows with plush robes to use during your stay. The balcony with oversized/modern patio furniture overlooking the fairway & lake was gorgeous. We can't wait to go back!

The bar staff was lovely, and the lodging was roomy and comfortable, if not a bit short on amenities. No extra blanket, only two paper cups for coffee for three people, and no glasswear at all. I'm sure we could have called the front desk for these items, but one would expect to find them in the room upon arrival.

Overall we enjoyed our trip. Large, comfortable room and great service. The Turnberry cottage is new and there were a couple of bugs. The hot water needed to run for an extended period of time before it got warm. Initially, we did not think it was working. The light fixture over the shower did not work.

Our stay and play visit was outstanding, until the last 5.5 hours spent golfing Players. You need to practice what the starter preaches on the first tee. KEEP PACE. Apparently your Ranger was not able to direct the very rude and uncaring foursome in front of us that they should speed up play. They cared nothing about the people behind them. That is where you need to step in!! Otherwise everything was perfect.

Staying In a "newly renovated" suite. Unfortunately they didn't address sound issues. My wife and woke up at 6 am Sunday morning to what sounded like a tap dance class taking place above us. For over an hour all we could do was lay there as someone paced back and forth with thunderous footfalls. Trying to imagine what tasks would compell a hotel guest to be in constant motion for ninety minutes in the room. Maybe trying to get steps in, maybe a mall walker without a mall. Whatever the movement was, it was a nightmare for us. Nothing could be done, just at the mercy of this individuals stamina. Never again Staying in those rooms, nor will I stay with anyone above me.
