I bought my medium Big Green Egg here years ago, and have been shopping here just about Bi-weekly for all the BGE accessories. Spices, rubs, BBQ equipment, charcoal. They got it all. The BGE Charcoal is hard to come by, but when it’s here I get a few bags. That’s really the only section i go to and I love it. Employees are great, store is clean. Prices are decent, obviously I’d like to pay less but in this day the prices go up, the size goes down. I also respect that they were closed thanksgiving. People shouldn’t work they should be home!

Nick was so helpful to me in making sure my swing was put together correctly and I really appreciated that!

The employees here absolutely AWESOME. The store manager "Nick" is the BEST. Came from another hardware store very frustrated. Told the workers what I need. And they immediately got everything I needed & Helped me with installation. The Epitome of Customer Service! Thank you so much fellas. 🙏🏾👏🏾

The five stars is actually going out to a worker, I think he said his name is Isaiah. Very tall slim guy. He brought the giant garbage can I bought out to my car in the freezing cold today and stayed out there for 10 minutes while trying to get it to fit in my car. I would have been completely stuck without him! Thanks, dude! You deserve the accolades! ***It's now April of 2024 and I find myself leaving another rave review for this Ace Hardware. This time it's because I bought something online that the house REALLY needed, but couldn't leave my house because my mother is bed ridden, not well, and for over a week I couldn't find someone appropriate to safely watch her so I could go pick it up. When Ace called me because they wanted to remind me that I had a product waiting, I explained my situation and asked if they could please just hold it a little longer. The next day, my doorbell rang and an Ace employee had their hand outreached to me with the product and a smile. I was and am floored. This is the old timey kind of customer service from my youth and not usually seen anymore. Thank you to whichever employees were involved in that whole resolution. :)

All the products and top notch advice from real people with knowledge and if they are not sure they will be honest and tell you five stars!!!!!

Nice spacious store. People are helpful most of the time. Rather pay a bit more to support a local business then the big box stores.

Great prices and nice selection! Pretty much everything that Home Depot and Lowes carries (fewer choices but sufficient for most consumer needs) at comparable prices…but, I prefer supporting locally owned stores over the big box corporate-owned stores. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. Be sure to sign up for free discount membership.

This has to be the worst hardware store I have been too. It's too bad I live in the neighborhood and would like to support this store. But every single time I go there the shelves are empty it is very expensive and the quality of their products do not last. Every single product I have purchased needed to be replace after a year and the plumbing department is non existence the shelves are always empty do they ever restock? You ask for help and end up helping the employee because they have no clue where anything is maybe that is why the shelves are always empty. Go to any other hardware store but here sad to say but ACE will never have what you need and if they do you will pay for it and when a year comes around will have to replace that item again.
