Costco Wholesale - Warehouse store in Vallejo - 198 Plaza Dr, USA

This Costco is always amazing experience. The parking lot is very easy to navigate. They even have security in the lot to help keep the peace. The gas station even have attendants that help with pumps and wipe them down. The store is very well kept and stocked..always clean. The rotisserie chicken are Plentiful. And best of all, they always have crab year around, which is my favorite part✨️😲

Our Costco is always VERY BUSY so parking can be a bit of a pain even though there's a lot. Shopping however and processing through are always fast for the number served and always, at least in my experience, done with courtesy and efficiency. Clean and fairly easy to find everything. Overall very solid experience

Vallejo Costco is not as crowded as Richmond, Concord, or others I been to. I don’t mind taking a drive here and paying bridge toll from Pinole.

Costco is a good place to go to get bulk items you may need for a store or even at home if there are items you wish to buy a lot of and use weekly. The staff here is always friendly and nice and willing to help if they are able to. This store does like to move stuff around a lot so finding some items may be harder than usual if they move it from a spot you're used to finding it at, and since this happens a lot sometimes the staff can't help since they think they know where it is but then it's been moved. Personally I found more help asking the local shoppers where they found items over staff but I don't blame the staff for this. Everything else is great and clean and well maintained.

Vallejo Costco is the best. The employees are extremely helpful and polite. The employees set a positive tone for the place, I hear them singing, whistling, and joking appropriately while they work. They are attentive to customer needs all the time. Tip: order your pizza before you shop because they are swamped with pizza orders and it can take a long time to get yours if you wait til after you do your shopping.

There was a fight over the rotisserie chickens. I was forced to break it up by hitting the instigator with my frozen rack of ribs. Overall good day at costco.

I try to go to Costco when they first open or when they are almost closing. Less rush, better parking and no long lines. Wish there were brighter lights in the parking lot due to the increase of car break-ins.

I have NEVER had a worse experience at a Costco food court. It is complete chaos and extremely inefficient. There is no direction or organization. It’s hard to tell when your food is ready and it makes all the customers crowd around the counter. After waiting for 20 minutes for my number to be called for my pizza, I talked to an employee that said it would be 20-30 more minutes until it’s ready. Then 10 minutes later I asked again and it was ready. No one even called my number. Costco corporate needs to come do something about this ASAP
