Costco Wholesale - Warehouse store in Winston-Salem - 1085 Hanes Mall Blvd, USA

First of all, I love Costco. But last night we bought the 12 pack of Kirkland Premium paper towels ( like we have always done for the last 5 years). When I went to put them up in our utility closet this morning I was very surprised to see that there were not individuals wrapped (like they have always been). Then I looked at the outside packaging. “50% Less Plastic Packaging.” I feel paper towels should opened when they are ready to be used!

Costco has been moving everything around like Walmart. They want you to have to go in search of your stuff in hopes you will discover other stuff you want. Their meat prices have come down a little. I had quit buying meat there because they were higher than my local market. This trip, the clerk did not hound me to join their special programs, etc., etc.

I’ve been a customer for a long time, and I must say, it’s not the same Costco I visit every month. Today was the worst experience ever. For such a big brand, they should provide better training for their employees. Don’t come here if you expect to have a good day.

Listen, here's the deal, Costco is great! Quality of goods are great, prices are great and we all know their pizza is on point. BUT, unless you're a glutton for punishment, don't go to Costco on Sunday. If you know, you know. Just don't go to Costco on Sundays. Other than that, the new cookies are ON POINT!!

Lovely Costco experience. No real complaints in that department. Knocked a star off because the parking situation is so poor I consider just waiting until I'm Greensboro to go to that location instead. Going on a weekend? Prepare to search for a parking spot and be honked at.

Extensive inventory. Store is always clean. Restrooms are always clean. I bought hearing aids for $1499 and received a comprehensive hearing exam for free. These hearing suds retail for $6000 in other stores.

I always like shopping in any Costco. Since they often get a good, fresh, clean and warm environment.
