We appreciate all the helpful workers at this Costco. They patiently listen and then help you find what you're looking for. We enjoy seeing what new items they've gotten in for each season and checking out the deals. Receiving the member price on gas is especially nice. Highly recommend this Costco.

Not a fan....I'm sorry I paid for the ultimate package just to stand on long lines and get carded when you come through the door. Then you have to walk the isles just to know where everything is. At Sam's Club they post what's I every isle and you can scan and go. No waiting in line. I will not be renewing my membership.

My daughter took me to Costco to check it out... I don't have a membership, and I don't plan on getting one. That place is HUGE! I don't buy in bulk, as I am the only one in my household and would take forever to use up the bulk size packages they sell. They do have many interesting items and novelty stuff, clothing, food, etc... The place is so big I was overwhelmed and the place was PACKED! I realize it is the holiday season but man we were there on a Monday evening and people were rudely pushing past, or blocking aisles while idley looking at stuff... I'm sure it is a godsend to many families to purchase in bulk, but I'm not a fan. I also didn't think prices were that reasonable. I'll stick with ordering on Amazon or shopping at Aldi!

This is our closest (and favorite) costco. we've gotten to know some employees and enjoy anytime we visit (whether optical, pharmacy, bakery, meat, etc). We eat in the food court once a month or so and their pizza, hot dogs and chicken bakes are consistently good.

I just recently went to this grocery store to buy groceries and also look for appliances and other household items. I did not have any problems with the groceries, and I really like how everything is nice and fresh, especially the produce, meats, and the like. I went to the store mainly because I wanted to look for a burner gas grill for some reason. I was really not going to buy it and I was just trying to check it out to see if it is available here and also if the prices are good. I was really glad how the staff helped me when I asked for it, like where it is located inside, the price, and the things about the particular burner gas grill I liked to check. After thinking and knowing the price, I ended up buying it since it is reasonable and it really seems like a great choice considering its quality and everything. It was not my intention to really buy it, but thanks to the staff who helped me, I realized that it was a great deal. I like their customer service. I did not forget to buy gas, and their prices are definitely better than anywhere I could ever think of.

I love this Costco. Manager should be made store layout director for Costco. The merchandise layout is by far the best I've seen. Aisles are wide in high traffic areas. Much, Much better than Orland Park and West Naperville.
