Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here, the food is always fresh and always great! The best sweet pork among its peers by far! Desserts are always fresh and quality made. We love eating here.

Costa Vida is a franchise, so you can usually expect good food at a reasonable price. This franchise is not an exception: it is still the same great food. The store itself is decent enough. It's usually clean, and the service is usually pretty good. Just make sure they can hear you over the sounds of the kitchen. Edit: Increasing my rating from 4 to 5 stars for the responsiveness of staff to this review. I think a business reading and responding to their reviews shows they care a lot about what their customers think.

Good food but out of all of the Costa vida locations I've been to this one is the tightest when it comes to corn tortillas and meat/protein portion size. This location is pretty obviously trying to go extreme on cutting costs.

Food was great but your staff needs an attitude adjustment. Being glared at for asking for sour cream and then being ignored makes me feel like going to one of your competitors. Similar treatment occurred the last time I was in to eat four weeks ago. No matter how good your food is, this treatment will keep me away.

I have yet to have a bad experience here. The staff is always cheerful and willing to listen before creating our order. I have witnessed the staff at this place be belittled, yelled at, disrespected and they still just try to keep the line moving. I wish people would be more friendly with the staff, they are attempting to create the order you wanted and yelling and making them feel less than does no good. I wish I could name all the young people who have helped me in the past, but honestly they are all pretty amazing. We will continue to get our dinner (steak salads) from here.

We love this Costa Vida location. Everyone is always so nice and efficient. We've never had any problems here, ever. We went here on Saturday and Kamron and Kylie were both awesome and super friendly. It's nice to have people with a sense of humor who aren't so concerned with pushing you through the line. We loved that. The food was delicious, as always. They recently remodeled and the place looks awesome! They're getting new chairs this week. Love the bright colors with the beachy vibe. Josh is a great manager who is also super kind and accommodating. Lastly, I always appreciate that they have Horchata! I feel like other locations are always out, it's gross, or their machine isn't working. Thanks, guys!
