Really solid Costa Vida Location in Rexburg, I've been countless times, and it's almost always a nice quick bite to eat. The online ordering and pickup system can be hit or miss in terms of food quantity and quality control. There have been a couple of times where it was just all over the place in terms of who fulfilled the order. Overall though, polite, as well as very considerate customer service reps and the food is on point.
This location is the worst ever. Their portions are so skimpy and their customer service is trash. I got absolutely no meat in my burrito
Wow I really love paying expensive prices for teeny tiny stingy proportions (sarcasm). After scaling back the mountains of lettuce and tomato I finally found the meager amount of steak. At least they finally got my order right for once (after three past incidents). I'm done trying with this place. Waiting to see the ridiculous "thanks for the feedback. We'll talk to our team" response. Stop pretending like you'll fix your issues.
Costa Vida is the best place ever! It's always a 10/10 and I am never disappointed. The food is prepared well and the flavor is delicious. The food is always fresh and the staff is always very friendly and efficient. The building is always very clean and aesthetically pleasing. :) It is wayyyy better than Cafe Rio because there is more variety in their toppings and sauces, the food at Costa Vida is always more flavorful than at Cafe Rio.
This is one of my favorite places. I love the way the people are super energetic. It's nice walking into a restaurant and having a fun place to go. Please don't lose that. I usually always have left leftovers that I intend to eat the next day, UNTIL the 16 year old in our home claims them. He says, "Mom, this is a WE thing, right? NO, it's an I!! I didn't finish it therefore its mine. Yes, WE!! You ate some, I'm finishing it." If you didn't make such food, I wouldn't have this argument. Again, THANK YOU!!
Overall nice experience! The scoops of sour cream and guacamole were a little on the small side especially since their guacamole is chunky which I like. There seemed to be a few extra employees than needed. They kept bumping into each other. One employee had to pull her mask off to be able to clearly communicate with the rest of the team which I'm sure gets annoying. They should just put up those plexiglass dividers so they don't have to wear masks (not that those work either but for all the fear mongers out there)
Also they had little room for their to go orders they were just kind of stacked on the soda fridge and counter. And my nachos did sit on the end of the oven for a minute or two before somebody realized I was waiting for them. For how many employees there shouldn't have been any waiting for food that was ready. You guys need to look up the law of diminishing returns.
Flavor on the sweet pork nachos and salad were good. Their vinaigrette is very very flavorful! Only complaint about the food was that the nachos could have been layered better all the flavor was at the bottom. Would recommend and would come again!
We came in and they would not accept our coupon on their receipt. It doesn’t say anywhere that the coupon expires. Then they charged us $1.19 for sour cream without telling us. You realize that Walmart sells a tub of sour cream for like $0.99 right? You guys are selling sour cream like it’s gold. The restaurant was filthy. Not a clean table in the house. Floor was a mess. And there were only 2 forks left and one of them was dirty. We won’t be returning to costa. Cafe Rio is better anyway.
Went to Costa vida the other day and ordered their Handheld burrito. The burrito was not wrapped right enough and they did not wrap the burrito properly with the paper wrapper

This was by far THE BEST BBQ I've had in Idaho! Thick cut brisket mixed with delicious homemade sauces! Flavor was perfection. The owner Aaron takes pride in his work and it shows in the product!! Definitely became my favorite after one bite!
We had the BEST time as a family driving through the reserve. Itâs conveniently located, easy to find and access. The variety of foxes was astounding, some being the last of their kind globally. The wolves and bears were so close to our car but wer
It was super fun. The staff was super nice especially Riley and Hayden. (I hope thatâs their names). They gave us special tips on how to throw and gave us special weapons to throw. 10/10 experience would totally recommend to anyone thatâs wants a
The Emfield family is the best family to learn Jiu-jitsu from! They are kind and know what they are doing. If you are a beginner, you could not ask for a better team to teach you.
Unexpected surprise air museum in Rexburg, many flight worthy aircraft and an amazing collection of historic military items. Saturdays only when we were there
The place is the real deal and is our go-to spot when we're passing through the area. Prices are great. Toppings are top notch. Crust is AMAZING. Everything is made to order in their wood burning oven. the dessert pizzas are unreal... Also, as if the
Very beautiful, peaceful garden. We loved it
It's such a nice campus, too. It has lots of seating areas all around the garden for the students, that's awesome ðð
A fun Island-themed drink+desert shop. It's assorted soda, Italian ice, and custard. Cookies and cream custard is good stuff! Service was fast, and the indoor lawn chairs make a great spot to sit and talk with friends.
