Costa Vida - Mexican restaurant in Draper - 213 E 12300 S, USA

We frequent Costa Vida at least weekly but this location is by far THE WORST we've EVER been to. We ordered online. Our order was to be ready by 3:28pm. We arrived at 3:30, no orders ready, no one acknowledged our presence. There were at least 4 workers up front solely helping the ordering line - no one at all to assist those of us waiting for our online orders. By the time I received our food it was almost 4pm and there were 6 others waiting in the take out line. Our food was worse, soggy, cold, no flavor. It was the worst experience we've ever had. DISGUSTING! I wish I could take my tip back.

Had someone come to pickup an order on Saturday September 9th,2023 at 9 p.m. ordered grilled chicken quesadilla. The staff were just talking to each other, they ignored her, we're supposed to give entree chicken grilled quesadilla with no sauce with extra meat and lettuce with black beans and rice on the side. They didn't look or speak to her. They Tried to only give 1 quesadilla when the entree in the website is 2. They put the lettuce in the outside and cheese in it. They put sweet pork instead of chicken on 1 quesadilla with black beans inside the quesadilla. I'm very upset by this and won't be coming here anymore.

So my salad was a little watery and I’m pretty sure I saw a mermaid working there in the back so take that as you will. Personally I do not mess with mermaid curses or food. Just go to cafe rio

Lady getting our food was rude. We ordered a burrito and a salad. The burrito had literally only a few pieces of lettuce on the side. And when I say a few I mean like probably 5 or so pieces. Most of the plate was empty. My friend ordered a salad, and they also were super stingy with the lettuce. It’s probably half of what they normally give us. It’s just ridiculous how inconsistent this place is.

Costa Vida messes up my order about every single time I do pickup or delivery. Even it’s simple things they seem to get it wrong.

Connor catered our lunch today. He is totally top notch and wow! He is a great respresentation of your company. I first ordered with Dominique and she was so very professional, kind, helpful and went out of her way to provide a lunch after I had already ordered. We have 26 admins at my work and I am going to tell them to use Connor/Dominique at Draper Costa Vida for their meetings! Thank you, Connor and Dominique and the rest of your teams for a excellent experience with you.

The line moved so so slow. We took about 25 minutes to get to the place they take your order. There was only 2 people on the line (most Costa's I've been to have 6-8 people working the line and registers). Then we had to ask 3 times for our cinnamon sugar tortillas before we finally got them. Also, the fun bubble water wall is all full of algae.... Not very appetizing in a restaurant. We eat at Costa a lot and this was one of the most awful experiences we've had.

This is the worst costa vida that has ever existed. Our order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and we didn’t get it until an hour later! This costa vida has been like this for years and years and they always get someone for a short period of time to help things along. This place needs to get more people and figure out a better way to get out simple food quickly! I’m not waiting for some gourmet out of this world meal! There were also 20+ other people waiting for just their online order!!! It’s a joke.
