Costa Vida exceeded my expectations! The sweet pork burrito, generously smothered in cilantro ranch, unleashed an explosion of flavors in every bite. What blew my mind was learning that the original sweet pork recipe involves marinating the meat in either Coca-Cola or Dr Pepper – a quirky touch that takes it to the next level. Beyond the taste adventure, the restaurant itself was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in both flavors and hygiene makes Costa Vida stand out. Needed to get a dinner knowing it had to be fresh, tasty healthy & fast. Costa Vida came in clutch!!! Great customer service , food was prepared fresh, tortillas made fresh in house and reasonable priced for the 2 enchiladas meal. The horchata is a sweet tasting drink to compliment your meal! Hey everybody, I am over here at Costa Vida restaurant in Meridian in Idaho on Eagle Road. I had the kids meal Enchilada with chicken and cheese and beans and rice. And large chips with queso. And I give this food a 5 stars review and a 10 out of 10 review you as well

Really tasty food! We love the salads here, it's almost the only thing we get here they're so good. Our friend ordered the chicken burrito enchilada style and loved it. The service is fast and always very friendly. The restaurant is always clean too.

The food pictures that other users have posted look delicious, consistent, and accurate for the quality of service that's provided here. -Opinion Piece:: THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, Just not Spicy Enough. It gave me the feeling of mixing BBQ flavored dishes with Chipotle Style Burritos. (Since I Ordered a Burrito, lol.) The food was really good though, and I would recommend this place to everyone. Restaurant Staff were SUPER Professional and Helpful. Even helped with getting drinks, napkins, and hot-sauces sides. Everything was cleaned promptly and it was a really great atmosphere.

Lunch at 12:30 on Friday with Grandson. The place is very Clean. All the busy workers had nice smiles and pleasant greetings. I ordered the shredded beef Tacos, my wife ordered the sweet pork burrito along with my Grandson. Coke products the the dispensers 👌 Plenty of parking out front.

I NEVER write bad reviews and I love Costa Vida salads but my husband drove from Kuna to this location to get us lunch. He came back and I wasn’t three bites in when I found a dead fly mixed in. Dead fly, okay..it happens. Because both salads came from the same lettuce and area my husband was grossed out also and we both threw our salads away. Called for a refund and the manager told me she would only refund the salad with the dead fly in it. She eventually refunded our salads but still charged us for the ranch that went with it and left the tip, she then hung up on me. Moral of the story-stuff happens and we were gracious about it but $30 for two salads that we have to throw away and then customer service is that bad..over $30?! Do better Costa Vida.

Food was good, but I was disappointed to see Costa Vita does not follow CDC or OSHA guidelines, which state that employees should wear masks in areas of high transmission, and that employers should post signage suggesting or requiring that customers wear masks. Does Costa Vita feel they have an ethical responsibility to keep their restaurants safe for customers, and minimize community transmission of an extremely infectious and deadly disease? It doesn’t appear so.
