Cory is very kind. I had many questions and he explained everything with examples that I can understand. He educated me on preventative measures to take to keep my laptop working as it should as well as what maintenance to keep up. My laptop went from barely turning on and the black screen appearing occasionally to the fastest my laptop has ever worked. I'm so excited and so happy with Cory's services! Found Cory on yelp, was a bit of a drive from Stockton. But the reviews convinced me this is the man for the job. At the end of the day cost is a small factor if I really want something repaired. Cory was able to achieve it in just a day. He found the problem had a replacement part in hand and was able to complete it. I appreciated the communication side while he was working on my tower. Definitely recommend you have your phone on hand for any questions he may need answered. Just knowing I was able to take my tower the same day I dropped it off is amazing. Will definitely plan on seeing Cory for any future work I need done.
Excellent service! Cory was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my issues promptly and gave me constant updates on the status of the repairs, as well as got it back to me the same day. Yelp message Cory. Within an hour I had a reply for the estimate cost to fix a 2021 Dell power issue. Total professional, written estimate of $200 deposit to look Dell which is low cost. Plus I am not shipping it to some place which takes weeks to fix. Cory's repair fees are very reasonable for any computer repair place. The most important thing is the turn around time is super fast. You get what you pay for. Total professional. Fast quick turnaround. Prices/deposits are excellent for computer repair services. BL
