Living here is an amazing experience. Individually Manuel, Felicia, and Liliana have all been a pleasure to work with. Anytime you need assistance, they are here to help. The maintenance team also deserves a round of applause to for their efficiency all around!
The leasing staff is great however
I have been living here for 14 months and my car was stolen the first week of moving and broken into just recently. Upon touring the area before moving I. I was told that there was an on-site officer and the community was safe and quiet. It’s not safe
Stopped by to tour this amazing community on last Thursday and I was pleasantly surprised & impressed by the amazing customer service from Mr Manuel and Ms Felicia they were both professional and enthusiastic about presenting the nice grounds and complex. Manuel is very personable and the tour was fun even with all my questions 🤩😂I also appreciated Ms Felicia who was very supportive in her role as manager I believe as she was just so gracious and friendly. I look forward to calling this my new home soon😌🥹
I leased here from 3/2021 - 5/2022. For the most part, I really enjoyed living here. The complex itself is in a great location and close to tons of restaurants, Sugarloaf Mills, and plenty of grocery stores. The office staff at the time was super friendly and continually followed up when I had a few maintenance issues upon move-in involving the water heater. The units are very nice, and the property is very well maintained. The fitness center had newer equipment, and the pool area was very nice. Even though the property is smoke-free, other residents still smoke on their balconies and in their cars so be mindful of that if you are deciding on this place. I would have renewed my lease here had I not started a new job in Decatur. I left my unit in great condition and clean but never got my deposit back. I called twice and never received any follow up. It's a shame and left me wondering if I should recommend this place. 3/5
The location is great. I love the convenience of having shopping and restaurants near me. The complex is well taken care of. It is very peaceful and quiet. Lillianna is a wonderful manager and her staff is so diligent in getting things completed in a timely fashion. All of my work orders are completed within 24 hours.
Cortland Sugarloaf is one of the best places I've ever rented. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and responsive. Very peaceful neighborhood and area.
Visited these apartments and when I arrived to the leasing office I was warmly welcomed by the staff, I felt very comfortable navigating the whole leasing process since this is my first time renting an apartment. I was surprised about one of the crew members named Manuel, for one he is bilingual so he was able to communicate with my mom and answer her questions and then just how polite he was to me while explaining the application process and reassuring me throughout the whole moment I was there. Great staff, great community! I'm very excited to see what awaits for me after moving in :)
Excellent service from the administrative staff, especially Manuel Alonso. The complex is clean and its facilities are new, close to restaurants and shopping centers. I recommend it 100%

This is a very nice theater experience. We saw the Christmas Canteen and it was great. Very talented performers, singers, musicians. I would definitely go again. The theater staff were kind and helpful too. Seems like no bad seats here.
