Cortland Satori - Apartment complex in Pinellas Park - 3110 Grand Ave, USA

Cortland Satori is absolutely amazing. I just moved in a few weeks ago and I had a great experience with the process! I love my new home & the amenities are to die for! Edvin and the entire staff has been very thorough, welcoming and helpful with everything! Keep up the great work! I am so looking forward to living here! Update: I want to give a shout out to Carlos, Bill and Mike and the entire Maintenance team. I accidentally threw my keys down the trash chute and about three or four of the awesome maintenance team players immediately helped me the keys had ricocheted and got into a secret spot and thank goodness they kept trying until they found it. They saved the day. Thank you so much what an amazing team!

I cannot say enough about the excellent experiences I continue to have here at Cortland Satori. From the time that I toured the property over almost two years ago, to the time I moved in about a year and a half ago to now, everything has been wonderful. The staff and maintenance are the standouts though, just so friendly, helpful and feel like old friends. They honestly are the glue that puts this community together. The events are great (I was super shy when I moved here and staff even helped me get out of my shell!!), facilities are amazing and honestly I think my dog may love it here just a tad more than me because of my huge wrap patio (you don't see them anywhere else that I looked!). I wasn't sure if this was a stop along my way to another place, but now I know for sure, I love my apartment and I love Cortland Satori and I will be here for a while. Best move I've made in a long time!

Before even moving into the apartment, Maddie was such a great help with our move in list and made it super easy and quick. Move in day was so easy and and quick and it had been nothing but good things from Cortland. The amenities are all great and I really love my apartment so much!! Everything I need is nearby (the highways, restaurants, grocery stores etc.) Will be staying here for a long time!!

Patrick Kirchner leasing consultant along with the entire staff at Cortland Satori were very instrumental in my moving here. They are very knowledgeable welcoming and helpful. The apartments have everything one would want modern conveniences with many amenities. The community and grounds are attractive clean and well manicured. I really enjoy walks with my dog Luke around the lake. I'm very pleased I call Cortland Satori my home and would not hesitate recommending it to anyone looking for their new residence.

Satori is a beautiful property with a lot of amenities that are state of the art. The gym is on point if you are looking to step it out on the treadmill, work your core with a bunch of different options, do some yoga in the separate yoga room or try your luck on lasting more than a minute on what I call the salsa machine. You will enjoy the cafe area for self served cafe style drinks. Also a full-size theater for your choice to rent out for the day. If you have guests, don’t worry, you can have them stay in the additional suites for a comparable price of the market. This place is growing and the community of people ends up being a community of friends and family. They are great at doing events for the community. Amazing team of employees.

We have been so satisfied with Cortland Satori and I feel this is because of an associate named Kayla Barber. it is refreshing to work with someone that not only has a wonderful customer service attitude but also is on top of all the things that need to get done. it was such a smooth and stress free transition. I wanted to make sure that someone knew how much we appreciated her work ethic.

This seems like a great place. Patrick took us to see all the available apartments and everywhere we went, people were waving and saying hi to him. To me that’s a good sign that management is pretty good. I’m looking forward to moving in!!

I'm giving it 5 stars b/c of the staff. 4 stars b/c the gate, it gets wonky frequently. 3 because the lease time options were no less than 8 months at renewal w/o feeling robbed. However, the environment is clean, the service when you need something is quick and well my view is pretty sweet. Despite the Gandy and 275 being so close you can't really hear or notice anything outside the gates, it just gives you access to go where you want easily.
