Cortland One Twenty One - Apartment complex in The Colony - 4777 Memorial Dr, USA

I've been here for just over a year and have had the best experience. Leah and Sanneh helped me with my initial tour and leasing experience and they were wonderful. The last few months, we had some unfortunate events (no fault of management) and I've been in constant communication with Leah, Lauren, and Ashley who have all been amazing to deal with. Josh and the entire maintenance crew have been speedy and handle everything I request with care and professionalism. I feel like I've been annoying and demanding but they always make sure I'm updated and taken care of. Sorry about that ;_; My family visits often and each time we stop by the front office for coffee or to hang out, the entire Cortland team is always so friendly and inviting. They also frequently hold events for residents which I don't usually participate in but I think it's super cute. And it's not just the major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, they'll do things like give out cereal for National Cereal Day which I find super cute :') I renewed my lease recently because I'm so happy here. :) From now on, I'll only stay at Cortland properties if I'm not moving into a house! Thanks Cortland team for being so awesome ;__;

While I did not ultimately go with this property, it was a very close second. This was mostly due to working Leah who was personable and professional at the same time. She knew the property well and tried best to accommodate my unique situation. The apartments are cute, but the staff was amazing. I would recommed giving this property a look if you are in need of an apartment.

I appreciate Jose for working hard to keep our community fixed and cleaned up. One of the best employees they got here at Cortland! Leah is the best at front office along with Lauren, and Ashley! Trust me this place doesn’t disappoint to bring joy to their people. Been here for 3 years, 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!!

The office staff, especially Ashley, went out of their way to ensure I felt valued and informed during my visit. The apartments are well-designed and modern, and the amenities are top-notch. The standout, however, is the management's genuine care for residents. It's clear that they prioritize making this community a wonderful place to live. I left the tour feeling excited about the possibility of calling Cortland One Twenty One home. If my brief visit is any indication, this is a community where residents are treated like family. Can't wait to potentially join this amazing community!

I had the privilege of being a resident at this apartment complex, and I can't say enough about the incredible sense of community that thrives here. From the warm smiles of the neighbors I got to know to the engaging events that the management regularly arranged, it felt like being part of a big family. The well-maintained shared spaces, like the inviting pool and cozy outdoor lounges, were perfect for forging connections and making memories with fellow residents. My family and I enjoy living here. We feel safe and enjoy the beautiful property. The office staff is fantastic at responding to any questions and quick to respond to service requests our home needs.

Cortland 121 has a nice environment it is always clean and I love the Fitness room, it has sanitizing stations and also the staff are very kind, the swimming pools are very clean and nice, the front desk and also the maintenance are very kind, and also the dog playground is a nice area for pets two play and run off a lot of energy, and also there is places to eat in walking distance, places you can wash your car, grocery stores, and also a school, and also QT 7-Eleven all of this is in walking distance I love it.

My experience living here at Cortland One Twenty One has been phenomenal. The office staff is extremely helpful and very attentive to my needs. Ashley made my move-in quick and easy! 10/10 recommend.
