Exceeds expectations. This is an older motel that is currently well cared for by a lovely family. It was clean and had everything I needed. The price was good. They have WiFi but the speed varies. I was visiting the area and didn’t have a reservation anywhere so took a chance here. I would happily go back.
This motel is clean and bug free. The location of this hotel is fine as it is close to the highway. The family who owns this motel seems nice. The only reason this review had this score is because of the the lock on the room door. As this is a motel, the room has an external door and the lock is a flimsy bathroom lock that can be easily picked. Our experience would have been GREATLY improved with more secure locks.
At such a reasonably low price, I didn't expect much but a place to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised! While the Cortland Motel is certainly old, it is very functional and clean. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. The room had a queen bed, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, AC, iron and ironing board, wifi, TV with full cable service, a desk work area... everything I needed. The mattress was also quite comfortable (I brought my own pillow). Some people will complain that it's old or the rooms are small, but it was perfectly suited for me. I stayed 3 nights for a college reunion and I would stay here again.
It's pretty old but clean. The everyday housekeeping. Very flexible in terms of checking in and out. There is a BBQ place in front of the building. In 100 meters there are gas station and ice-cream place. Very calm. I booked it by phone and have no problem at all. The service is very professional and helpful. Thank you for your business. Highly recommended.
Very clean and affordable. They use wood flooring instead of carpets so the room feels a lot cleaner than other motels. No weird smells and spacious too. Would come back again.
It is a great place to stay! The owners are very kind and friendly. We had some problems with the toilet and they were really helpful! The beds were comfortable, and it was nice and quiet, perfect for weary travellers! We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this motel!
Poor wi-fi reception, at least in room 1. Not really close to anything. Motel entrance not where shown on navigation app Waze.
I booked a room and had to cancel due to illness. I called and explained it to the woman and she got very snotty with me and hung up on me. Will never book a room there. There are plenty of other hotels.

I got 2 Chimichangas one beef and one chicken. They were so big they filled the plate And very good! Service was excellent. The chef even visited tables to see how everyone was doing. Clean and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend Mexican food ð I ad
The food and nostalgia were great! You walk in, sit down, and use the phone at ypur table to place your order. I had a footlong coney dog, onion rings, and a diet rootbeer. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture!
