We are currently residing at a different Cortland Apartment Community and signed a lease to soon move over to Fossil Creek. We absolutely loved the location and amenities for the price point. We are very grateful for Nicole for giving us a tour and helping us find an apartment that was right for us in the time frame we needed it by! We are extremely grateful for Samantha as well because we had issues with not being told what a transfer from Cortland to Cortland entailed or given the proper paperwork so we could enjoy the benefits, but Samantha was the one to educate us and she also took the reigns and made sure to right the wrongs! Things can always go wrong no matter where you go, but We value so much more that we are taken care of even when it happens, and that is worth 5 stars to us. We are excited to become a part of the Cortland Fossil Creek Community! Thanks again!
Me and my husband had an amazing experience and are happy to say we now live at court land fossil creek! The property is stunning & the amenities are a major plus. We feel extra safe because of the gated community. Samantha was my leasing agent and made us feel welcomed, she was very professional and truly went above and beyond. Samantha made our leasing experience fun and so did all of the lady’s in the office. They make it feel like home, they really care about their residents and you can feel it. The property is well takin care of and all the neighbors seem to be quiet and friendly.
My chai latte machine is back! I love my home, After selling my home I am so glad I chose Cortland Fossil Creek- One of the best apartments I have ever resided at! Ms. Stacy made the move in so welcoming, Quick & Easy all the team for maintenance rocks it daily & the office girls are always helpful. Talk about outstanding Customer experience.
My boyfriend and I came in today to check out a couple floor plans during our search of new apartments to move to, and within 15 minutes after leaving, we agreed we HAD TO MOVE IN! Samantha is an absolute gem! She easily sold us with her personality, as well as the complex speaking for itself. The amenities and safety precautions were a total bonus too. We look forward to moving in!!
Cortland Fossil Creek is a great place to live. The staff here goes above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance team is extremely quick to resolve issues. It has great amenities. My family and I feel very safe here. I highly recommend!!

My husband and I recently toured at this complex and WE FELL IN LOVE! Not only is the complex absolutely stunning, the office staff were so sweet and Samantha truly made the whole experience feel personal, not like she was “just doing her job”.
