Cortland 3131 - Apartment complex in Decatur - 3131 N Druid Hills Rd, USA

Jennifer is the BEST. I started doing apartment search in March/April and she was already the kindest and most patient agent I met in that process. She was one of the biggest reasons I chose Cortland and especially 3131. The contract signing process in May was super smooth and she made everything very transparent and very clear and easy for me to follow. The move-in process in July was great, too, and so has all our communication since that. This is a very welcoming community and Jennifer is a great example of Cortland 3131's amazing staff. Everyone in the leasing office has been nice, patient, and helpful. The maintenance staff, Michael in particular, are always respectful and efficient. I could see their strong sense of responsibility and I feel really safe and comfortable living here alone as a woman and as a foreigner.

Shannel has made the entire moving experience so stress free and smooth! She was patient in showing me several apartments and even did a virtual tour for me. You can tell that she genuinely cares for her tenants and takes pride in the property. Choosing Cortland 3131 as my new home was an easy decision because of how kind she was. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful. Thank you all for your hard work!

I met with Jennifer (one of the leasing consultants for 3131 Cortland) to get a tour of the property. I was impressed by the luxurious complex. It was nice and seemed quite peaceful. It is very close to main hwys and a convenient shopping center. Jennifer did a really good job at giving me a thorough tour of the complex. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions especially cause I am moving in from out of state. She definitely helped make this moving transition one to look forward to.

Jacara was so inviting brightened our day. We were passing through looking for apartments she definitely made me want to move here. Her personality was excellent and the place is clean spic and span. There were no fingerprints on anything everything was spotless. She educated us on the amenities asked if we had any concerns and made us feel at home. I can’t wait to move here

Jacara at 3131 has been nothing but amazing to me while touring this place. They answer the phone, they answer all questions and even when I had to double back to check the apartment out again. It was a great experience. She is super sweet and so relatable, and she is a great person to talk to when you are looking for a place to live. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with Shannel, she was a great help. I loved the apartment that I saw. She made the tour quick, straightforward and answered all of the questions that I had. Glad, I had her to help with the application process as well. The property is beautiful, can’t wait to move in!

Shannel is AMAZING!! She made my experience easy and hassle free. My husband and I had to relocate for work and look for a new place to live with our two little ones. Moving is so stressful, but Shannel helped make the transition easier!! I would recommend her if you are looking to relocate to this community, you won't regret it!!!

My self-guided tour experience with Shannel was amazing. She answered all the questions I had when I returned to the office and almost had me lease here. Unfortunately , my job is too far so I will not be leasing here. Would highly suggest for anyone who wants a great management team and clean grounds.
