Our School District Staff Appreciation Party at the Cortez Elks Lodge was wonderful this year. This was our second year to use the venue and they seem to get a little better each time. When we honor our staff we have a set of goals to meet and the Elks did a great job of making sure everyone was comfortable, well attended, food was served in a convenient and timely manner, dishes were removed quickly after the meal, drinks were easily accessible, and there were multiple restrooms available. The venue is elegant, very clean, and well kept. The staff really helped in our appreciation efforts by being kind and helpful. I also want to add that everyone raved about the food. We will be back!
Friendly people, located on a truly beautiful golf course. The Conquistador Golf Course is an immaculate, challenging golf course open to the public.
Nice Lodge, lots of people at the bar. Other than Elks helping people who need it, a great bar is also fun.
The growth of this organization is terrific. Food, drinks, happy people sharing and laughing out loud make this restaurant and bar unique. People sit with whomever they want in an amazing atmosphere. Way above average Dinners Mondays and Fridays. Bingo Thursdays with great food and drinks. Open Saturdays and Sundays for afternoon socializing. OPEN to the PUBLIC too.
The old Elks is looking like the new Elks! A lot of improvements have been made to the bar and banquet areas! I have done at least 30 events here and this recent event (Boots and Brews) was one of the best. Kudos to all involved. I will definitely recommend this venue again.
Very nice Elks Lodge adjacent to a 18 hole municipal golf course. Retro 60s look with spacious dining areas seperated from the bar with large deck overlooking the 18th hole. Layout is nice for private parties, weddings, etc. Weekends offer music with live bands.
The staff are great, the food needs work but it's a beautiful place and very clean.. They have a few RV rental spots, Thursday night Bingo and a small bar, for a good get together.
Very nice, bar opens normally at 4 2 I believe Saturday Sunday they have a good mix of food Friday night Burger Monday night it's also right on a golf course where next door you can play golf or Putt and chip
Locals are friendly and it seems like the lodge is doing pretty good these days we stayed there for 5 days and had a very good visit they have RV parking with up to a dozen plug-ins if needed or if not just a nominal donation

We absolutely loved this brewery! We stumbled in after a hard mountain bike ride at Philâs World, and it was the perfect spot. The beer was amazing, the warm pretzels were delicious, and the service and atmosphere were perfect. My advice is skip th
Based on their reviews we had high expectations for Retro Inn, and they exceeded our expectations. Super clean, excellent service, great breakfast. Even good wifi. Recommend unconditionally. P&B from Boise.
A great place for food. We were passing by the town and decided to check out this place for food. And, i am so glad that we did. We tried Red curry, pad thai, and calamari. Food was very flavorful. We also had a cup of hot Jasmine tea. Will definitel
We stayed in Cortez, CO on our way to Mesa Verde and I looked up a bakery to stop at. The Pie Maker had great reviews and looked friendly! They were open for order pickups on Saturday, we were there on Tuesday. I reached out before we left on our roa
We always stop at this park when we come to town. Two separate fenced areas with mulched paths through the sage brush, beautiful Mountain Viewâs and a trail by the water as well. Always clean, always plenty of waste bags & trash cans.
This has been our favorite place to dine in our 10+ years as a couple.
It was an all around experience , so much so we had to come back again so we could have it as a last meal before we headed back to Texas.
The lamb meatballs were exceptional, but
Little BBQ joint with big flavor. The buffalo wings were cooked beautifully and the sauce, though not terribly hot, had great flavor. The fried mushrooms had a light and airy batter. The mac & cheese was creamy and the noodles had perfect texture. Th
Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar were clean. Prices were good. Decor was good. Simply nothing to complain about in this well-run establishment. Take your significant other or your family and kids there with confidence.
5 star strictly on Food, totally worth a try!!
The place obviously needs work but the service and food are great! The pizza was hot and very tasty! There is no place inside to sit, so car it is! We parked right up front for about 25 mins while we ate
