Nice clean, quiet little place with a kitchenette and an exceptional owner. Teresa was wonderful and so pleasant to talk to and I so appreciated her kindness with all we were going through which is what brought us down here. She really takes pride in her place and it shows. Our room was cleaned daily and the grounds were always picked up and nice looking. There is a fenced area out the back of the kitchenette room with a patio table and chairs to sit outside and relax. Thank you Teresa for your hospitality and take care dear ❤️
Don’t go here, we rented a room for a week paid 500 plus pet fees, was very transparent about our situation. We not from Florida, we were just looking for a place to stay while we get on our feet and this woman in less then 24hrs called us thieves, she stole our money, grabbed our belongings and threw them out the room while we where already removing our stuff…. Not to mentioned she called the police and had us trespassed in fear that karma might comeback around Long story short don’t rent from this place they will steal your money and go through your belongings when you leave to the store or work etc etc
I spent just over a week here. Very clean rooms. The owner is an amazing woman. I really enjoyed me time here. I will return when/if the need arises and advise you to stay here. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. She is always bleaching and sterilizing due to covid.
Got there at noon had to be at work at 3 didn't get off until 1am woke up at noon the next day left to go get some cleaning things because my dogs had made a mess on the kitchen floor an before I could even get back to clean she was calling telling me I have to check out the room was destroyed etc etc refused to refund any of the $500 that was paid for a week.. until police arrived an she only decided to give me $80!! Even admitted to waiting until she saw me leave to enter my room!! Was very rude an disrespectful constantly cussing an going off started taking my stuff out of room an putting it outside..
Very quiet location. The owner is also very friendly. We talked for what seemed like 20 minutes, outside in the heat. Small building & small room, that I think she pretty much maintains on her own. She does a great job. The Wi-Fi is a little spotty but the only real fault (for some) is the location. It was about a 30 minute drive to where I needed to go, that’s my fault. (I booked the same day, not exactly knowing the location) Quick “pro’s” 1- Pricing 2- ability for a great night sleep 3- clean 4- friendly 5-Family owned I would definitely stay again E. Lewis
My fiance and I just moved here from Massachusetts, and this place is the best. The owners are very loving and respectful. The rooms are clean, she cleans about every two days. The place is very quiet, everyone minds their own business. No sketchy people, no worries. We love it here, I highly recommend!
This place is AMAZING, along with the owner and her family! Theresa is just something special, she really cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Words can't express just how much of a wonderful & amazing person she is (you have to come see for yourself). She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She's always cleaning, working or doing something and it clearly shows. The rooms are immaculate, she comes in and cleans 3xs a week, which not only gives u gr8 service but keeps the rooms very well maintained, and the property is just beautiful, w/ the landscaping and beautiful green grass. It's a very quiet and safe area. The rooms w/ the kitchenettes are very big and spacious. I would recommend the Coronet Motel to any1. It's a great place to stay, you won't be disappointed!
Love this place. It reminds me of the old motor courts of the 50s and 60s. Super clean, great mattresses, new pillows, soft towels. Instead of getting a 25-cent "magic fingers massage" you get a LOT of TV channels and very good wifi. Kitchenette units include 2 TVs, table & chairs, and comfortable arm chairs. Stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware... everything I needed. Big, lovely backyard with plenty of seating and a barbeque. Very dog-friendly. Nice walk around the block behind the Coronet for doggie exercise, and another nice walk around the bock across US1. US1 is not heavily traveled here, so it's very quiet, even on a Saturday night. Theresa is very kind and responsive and does a great job keeping up with the place. She starts early and finishes late. I didn't meet the Mr., but his contributions are obvious too. I highly recommend this motel. It's definitely worth a few extra miles to be close to everything but out in a quiet country setting with attentive hosts.
