We have walked quite a bit when we chance on this restaurant and we wanted oysters. The guys at the door are very welcoming and our server was very good at what she does. The food was quite expensive but ordinary, nothing to write home about, the dish more filled with fries with sparse oyster meat that we really wanted. My salad was just an ordinary salad. Quite disappointed really. What topped our disappointment was the 15% tip added on our bill and not even asked about it, and there's just 2 of us. Will not recommend and will not go back.
The only reason we ended up here was because we were looking for balcony dining nearby - and this popped up. The service and the atmosphere were awesome, but the food was not terrific. The serving size was also pretty small (we were still very hungry afterward). We took the crawfish etouffee and the shrimp Creole. Now coming to the pet peeve, when we looked at the cheque, we saw that a 15% gratuity was already included in the cheque. This is a bit shady to me - why weren't we informed of it before? Honestly, our waitress was so great we wanted to tip her more, so we had to do more math to adjust for the tip. This was very weird, overall (never in my life have I seen something like this - and I'm suspicious if the already included tip even goes to the servers!)
My husband and I had a great experience here. The service was great. The bread pudding is delicious along with the drinks and the entree's. We sat on the 2nd story with a nice view. Give it a try you won't regret it.
The food and service is 5 stars, so you can come blindfolded and won’t regret it, plenty of space and they also have seating on the 2nd floor and balcony outside. Prices are typical for a French quarter restaurant. 4 stars? I am an audio guy and the noise is out of control. Yes, it’s not enjoyable unless is 12am and you are in a club. There is a difference between loudness and noise. If you are into flavor, this one wont disappoint you. Portions are perfect, the fries dishes are a little too big, but you can def share them. Overall it’s a good place and I would def recommend it.
Stopped in for lunch before it got crazy. Party of 3 on a laid back Monday afternoon. Hurricanes were tasty, just enough alcohol but not too over powering. Our party ordered the lemon chicken, a lemony fettuccine Alfredo, hamburger and fries and the Buffalo chicken sandwich, which was nice and crispy tossed in moderately spicy Buffalo sauce. Over a very pleasant experience with good service. But fyi they charge automatic gratuity, we only had a party of three. (Hence only the 4 star rating)
Cafe bar over 2 levels. Downstairs lots of TV screens showing sports. Friendly service. Good draught beer options (the 32oz works out better value than the 16oz) Reasonable menu - speedy service - food nice and hot. When requesting check - look for added service charge before paying and tipping twice
Wow! Liked the food. Very tasty, very generous portions, reasonably priced. Tried Pasta, Shrimps and chicken. All very tasty 🤤 Balcony view is a nice way to enjoy the Bourbon Street view with wine and dine. It’s preserved French style looks gives another dimension to the food experience 👍
So I’m from Nola area, some days I just like to run and grab a bite at random restaurants. So I had got gumbo it was pretty good but it could have been a bit more in bowl lol. So I was seated and they give me fork and no spoon knowing I ordered gumbo. The lady that was serving us she took forever to give us the ticket . So I had to get up and go search for her . She was just standing there watching the Saints game and didn’t check up on us as we were eating. And also I ordered old-fashioned drinks and that was not old-fashioned it taste like a splash of liquor and the rest juice or whatever they put in. And I know my drinks 😏
Absolutely delicious! I had the Greek Salad and Hummus with Peppers for lunch, it was so tasty, the vinaigrette was amazing, and the hummus was just perfect. Staff were nice and friendly. I visited during a week day and parking wasnât difficult to

We arrived without a reservation and were seated at the bar. It was a little cramped so reservations should be made. It was so worth it. The Short Rib, Stilton whimsy and creamed leeks were outstanding. The portions were on the small side but so
Wow, blown away by our lunch here. We arrived at 1330 without a reservation and they managed to squeeze us in as the last table before the kitchen closed, it was definitely worth the 45 minute wait. Food was outstanding, everything from the fried tu
Sweet Baby Jesus, this place is amazing ð The food is authentic, fresh, and very affordable. I demolished the beet salad, the pierogis, and the nutella & banana blini. Phenomenal food with no attitude.
What a lovely place for breakfast! It was hard to pass up the lunch menu. It was worth the 8 hour drive just for this delicious food! The Fried Tomato Eggs Benedict was amazing. They had the most surreal biscuit, and I couldn't define it because I h

Went here on a Sunday evening. It was very busy but we had a reservation so we were seated immediately. I noticed a bit later some walk-ins arrived with no reservation and had to wait. I didn't see how long they waited because our food came and I was
