Cool little tavern in Midtown. Definitely a good hangout spot for drinks. Not the best place for a family, especially with stool-type seating and a bit of a draft floating through. Food was very good though; between the loaded fries, quesadillas, pulled pork sliders and nachos. Homemade lemonade was great too! Would recommend for non-families.
A local beighborhood sports bar, (that definitely smells like a bar) with plenty of TVs and spacious with lots of seating at bars and high tops. Decent food menu, we enjoyed the truffle fries and the pulled pork nachos. Cocktails were just OK, lots of beers to choose from. Bartenders are attentive.
I used to frequent thisnplace before the pandemic. It had amazing food and a wonderful staff. Obviously it's been a few years. The staff is still warm and friendly but the menu under the new management is lack luster. Even if an item name is similar to what it was before, the quality is subpar and many of the best dishes are just not included. Nice place for a drink though. The dark atmosphere makes for a really cozy visit.
Cornerstone is a great sports bar and it could be THE bar if only it improved a few things. The large beer selection is great but the food and cocktails are overpriced and not good. Trivia night is always the same repetitive, overly-niche topics. The guy in charge clearly just makes the trivia questions according to what he knows and likes. Otherwise the vibes are always good.
Was served an $8 warm beer (Coors Light bottle), then decided to leave for bars where they serve cold beer. Staff should know if a beer is warm or cold given they're stocking and grabbing to open. Crowd while I was there was mid 20's frat boy types. There are a few tv's throughout the bar. Interior was a little dark and drab. Overall, nothing special.
This is the go-to lunch and happy hour spot around the office. Spacious. Very kind staff. Great food decently priced drinks. Kind regulars.

We saw an event for drag bingo here when we were looking for things to do on our trip. It was held upstairs and was so fun! Phoebe Jeebies was great!
