Do not believe any of these reviews! I’ve lived here for 4 years and don’t know anyone who believes living here is the wonderful experience the reviews say it is. Management is rude and impossible to reach. I’ve had a maintenance request pending for weeks. When I went to management, the manager straight up told me the issue was not a priority. There is always a mess around the dumpsters, it’s disgusting and embarrassing. There are rats everywhere! You can’t dump your trash without hearing them running around and squeaking. If management can’t get maintenance to clean up, they should do it themselves!

Myra is one of the best and nicest staff they have there. I love how warm and welcoming she is and she’s always there for her tenants. Easy to get along with, and just a wonderful person inside and out. I love her spirit. Great people and a great apartment complex.

Recently moved here not too long ago was in a very stressful situation with my last apartment complex. I walked into corners at 1700 & spoke with Myra and she was literally a blessing in disguise. She went above and beyond to make sure i got into something that same week. She’s amazing !! I highly recommend speaking with her. This is an honest testimony.

I’ve lived here for 2 years already.its now time for me to leave but overall it has been an ok place to live. If you ever need help at the office go see Delvin Medrano. She is nice and very helpful I’m sure she will be glad to help you with any issues you have . ✌🏾

If I can give 0 I would, do not believe these 4 star ratings. This complex when you first move in or tour it they tell you I’ll give you a second to write a Google review and try to force you to write one before you start living here, I declined to do it cause that was already suspicious. I had a horrible experience here— maintenance took so long to fix things or they didn’t really fix things. My tub had peeling paint when I moved in and a missing knob for the shower. They painted and got a knob. 2 months later the paint was peeling again. The knob was not put in correctly so water would come out of it. It was so cold in winter because the apt is not sealed correctly. The stove and oven were dirty and balcony as well. I asked if they would clean it they said no. The garbage is always overflowing. My ceiling fell off and no one came to fix it. The outlets barely worked it was so bad. I haven’t lived here for 4-5 months and I just got a notice that I owe money to the property, when I turned in my key I ask if I need to pay anything she said no. I came in a week later and asked again since there was a weird balance she said don’t worry about it the accountant team hasn’t taken it off, if any thing we will email you with any charges. I did not receive any emails just mail today that they sent my charges to collections… horrible place to live. Staff changed about 3-4 times here during my 13 month lease I now live in Avana Woods about 10 mins from this property and love it and it’s way cheaper— my 1 bed was 1354 at corners, at Avana I pay 1280 for 2 beds DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS THEYRE NOT AUTHENTIC.

Ms Myra from the leasing office is the absolute best. I was in a tough situation and she was definitely patient with me and assisted me always. Thank you so much. You are truly a blessing.

After our original maintenance crew up and quit (lol) a lot of ppl stuff was in shambles. But the new crew workin it out. I had a damn leak in my ceiling (from an old pipe apparently) and they accessed it same night fixed it next day. Like cut a hole out fix it re do the ceiling and paint it. So I got nothin negative fr. They not rude or anything which is a plus.

I like the location. Staffs are nice. But I just moved to a unit where both bathroom showers have an issue and I’ve requested for maintenance and walked to the office a few times. It’s been a week now & this issue hasn’t been solved yet. I want to cry because I don’t know what else I should do. I want to be able to shower comfortably but I can’t until this issue is fixed. 😭
