If you like playing with sticks and balls, and enjoy the sound of them hitting each other, this is the perfect corner to come to. The owner is also cuddly like a big teddy bear. This is the perfect spot for a bros night out.
Great spot for pool and ping pong! The pool hall currently (July 2022) has eight pool tables, four carom tables, and four ping pong tables with lots of space. The owner, Alex, plays great music and is very kind. Corner Pocket is an overall really fun place to hang out and play some games with friends. Highly recommended.
Over charged... 20hr when it's supposed to be 15... The tables are trash and need refelting. The lighting is terrible it shows they. Are a pingpong and a snooker. Billiards room it's not
For just a pool hall it wasn't bad. We went around 3 on a Saturday and there were plenty of open tables. They had 16 tables with some ping pong tables too. If I remember correctly it was $20 an hour per table. The tables, balls, and cues weren't terrible and in decent shape. They don’t have a bar or anything but do have some snacks and pop to drink.
I'd probably go back at some point but I will also be looking for other pool halls to check out too.
Super chill vibes, the owner is extremely friendly, and it's a great place to hang out with friends 'til late at night. Prices are very fair and it's in good location where there's plenty of food/drink options. And when I'm done with pool, there's also options to play darts and ping pong. Definitely tryna make this place be a part of my regular weekend plans.
ALERT: EXTREMELY OG FED SPOT.
This place has very good vibes. They got a fountain soda machine and beer on tap. Can come in here, get a pool table, a pitcher of whatever you wanna drink, and a good time with friends. There tends to be some very competitive people here all the time if you wanna challenge your skills with them. They also got some ping pong tables and dart boards if you wanna do that. Never a bad time coming here to hang out.
While they have Olhausen tables they are old and are showing age. The rails are faded from use, the felt is old and showing the use, leather pockets have holes. They charge $20/hr. I just don't feel the equipment is worth $20 an hour. They do have carom 4 carom tables that are in great shape that are well taken care of. If pool tables were in as good of shape as the carom tables it might be worth the &20/hr.
They charge 3 times more than other pool places in the area. No refreshments offered or food. Just chips and noodles. No matching pool tables. Carpet torn up. Bad customer service. Didn't let my family finish the game and made us leave a minute before our hour was up. Asked if we could finish the game and told us we had to leave. If you're not Asian you don't fit in.
