We had a great day at the park. It's very close to the house and it's the first time we went disc golfing as a whole family. We were hoping it would be easy to get a stroller up and down through the course, although expecting it wouldn't, honestly it wasn't. If you have a good off-road stroller you should be fine. He wasn't in it the whole time so it made it a lot easier to drag it up and down.
The park itself is beautiful. It offers baseball and softball fields, tennis courts that look brand new, a dog park, and an agility training area sponsored by the local K-9 police. The only thing that could improve it is the signage for the disc golf course. It's very difficult to figure out which trail leads to the next hole. We spent most of our time lost but the course was fun.
We will definitely be back. There's a great black top path around most of the whole park, just not in the woods.
What an awesome outdoor space!! Found using a quick Google Maps search for “park” — reviews and photos from others looked nice, but definitely didn’t do the space justice. The “Officer Jordan H. Sheldon Memorial Dog Park” is absolutely beautiful (photos included with this review). Wide open space with sections for “little/timid dogs” and “large dogs” plus there’s an agility section. There are paved paths throughout the space and some blazed by foot, too. The playground offers a lot of activity options, too. If you’re in the area and need to stretch your legs, this is a great spot.
Very pretty and well maintained park. There are a few different volleyball courts, which is nice, as well as baseball and soccer fields. The dog park area is a nice new addition. It doesn’t interfere with the walking trail near it. It’s nice how the concession stand is i open for like baseball game days. I added a photo of a friend and I picnicking near the dog park in one of the fields <3.
Great park for rec and exercise. Awesome tennis/pickleball courts, 4 enclosed dog play areas with fresh water and covered seating areas in each, nice kids enclosed play gym, paved walking paths
We played out 10u baseball games here Saturday in June 2023. Nice facility, concessions & bathrooms little far from the baseball action but all in all not bad for a young park. They should look to install shade canopies in the center areas of the baseball fields and the fan zones this would help with shade and foul ball hazards, at least until the trees grow in. better.
This is a great park if you want to walk out in the open and get some sun. There are opportunities for baseball players and teams, as well as disc golf, a playground, and... dog parks-3! And the Pet Pantry for your dog to enjoy! (I put some holiday treats in there, some beds, some blankets, and some sweaters too!) I don't want any cold puppies this holiday season! Enjoy!
Beautiful park with many tennis courts, baseball fields, disc golf, and multiple fenced-in dog areas (dog areas are divided per size of dog)! Only rating it 4 stars because there is sometimes inconsistency regarding which dog areas are open (there have been many weeks where the larger, more interactive dog area has been closed without known reason).
Otherwise, it's a very safe park and welcoming/kind folks at the dog park. Really well-kept tennis courts, playground, and athletic facilities.
Nice walking paved areas, play area for children and adequate parking. However, there are too many irresponsible dog owners that won't collect excrement. Town of Mooresville should and could write citations. Other than that, worth the trip but watch where you tred...

This park was perfect for our 13 month old! I love the different sides based on age, that made it so easy for us as parents! Canât wait to come back in the summer and use the splash pad.
There is a lot of parking there. The park was very clean and very nice. A lot of neat things to see on the way on the trails. A great place to walk with your dog or family.

Having lived in multiple apartments in the area, as well as touring probably almost all of them at some point, my experience at Granger with Bryce has by far been the best. If youâre from Mooresville you know how hard that is to come by, so definit

What an awesome place. Main Street coffee has the coolest vibes. I can't wait to get some work done at the desk by the window. Their coffee was good. We ordered two holiday drinks, (naughty list and something with mint) they were both great but more
