This place was super cozy. The decor is a little outdated, but the rustic feel is nice. The food was great pub fare. The shrimp was cooked well and seasoned. The burgers were good with very tasty fries. A good experience for a cheap bite or to hang and drink with friends.
This place was great. The food was very tasty with the service being very good. The atmosphere is nice and a little rustic of times gone by but perfect for a pub. Overall good place to drink with friends or grab a bite with the family would reccomend
I'm writing this review in hopes that management will see this I've been coming to Cork Street tavern for over 30 years, the food was very good but unfortunately the price has just gotten way too expensive! I got a French dip, with no fries but a salad and a coke and it came out to $29 with tax and tip. I'm sorry that is just way too much! so for two people you would be spending $60 just for sandwiches. We were the only ones in the restaurant and I'm starting to wonder why because they might have out priced them selves. I know everything has gotten expensive and businesses need to make money, but if people can't afford to eat out anymore having high prices is not going to help.
I tried the beyond burger with the Vegan bread and cheese tonight. Would NOT recommend. Butttt the Corker Cheese fries are AMAZING, huge crispy, gooey goodness with house made Jalapeño ranch, melted cheese then bacon crumbles to finish it! Jorde takes great care of me everytime I come here. Highly recommend the ribs and burgers. All salads are mixed greens and the Chili is fireee. Lidnsey recommend the Chicken Melonie Special!!! Best thing meal I’ve ever had prepared
Decided to try this place for lunch after shopping in Winchester. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Also, the food came out to us very quickly. It was quite delicious. We got the potato skins for appetizer. Crispy and delish with yummy ranch. My husband got a burger and fries. He loved it. And I got the Black & Bleu Wrap with the housemade chips. Phenomenal. The chips were unlike any I have ever had. It was reasonably priced and we would love to come back and try more of their yummy food.
That grub was top shelf! If anyone asks if your onion rings are good tell them oh yeah. Kids loved it too. The nachos, the wrap, cheeseburger and my steak were all just perfect. Nice staff, too. Chelsie, the manager, jumped right in when they got busy; very competent but friendly crew.
Great food and service! Come hungry, as the portions are huge. Love their specialty, Mac and cheese! Will be back!
Three of us went for dine in on the non smoking side. It was clean and big meals. The sandwiches were big and really good. The fries were great. The service was on the slow side and didn't ask if we wanted anything. We had to ask for everything even refills on drinks. I had to get napkins myself. I am not from here to compare this visit vs others but my friend is from there and likes this place.
