We visited this place on a Friday night. It was half full when we arrived, we were sited right away and the server got our drinks. The food took very long to arrive but it was good so the waiting for worth it. The restaurant has a sporty theme and we liked it. They have a playground on the back yard
First off I'd like to say that Zoe was fantastic 👏. Even though the wait was long Zoe checked on us frequently. The food was very good and priced competitively (many dishes were less than $10). We had the pizza burger, meatball sub and chili dog. All were great as well as the fries 🍟 and onion rings 👌.
Deep Dish 'Chicago' Style Pizza was a huge disappointment. Pizza had a sour taste and the cheese was rubbery. Big dining area but almost no customers. Their phone is disconnected but they are open. Service was good but atmosphere and food were terrible so I don't recommend you waste your money here.
Visited this place three years ago, had the ugliest meanest, most petulant, disrespectful staff members I have ever experienced in a restaurant setting the manager was exceedingly angry, laughed at me and my wife. Extremely apathetic, and even told me to go next-door and tell the owner but said it won’t matter he’ll back me up anyway. Worst experience ever go to Chicago for Chicago style pizza. Asked For jalapeños on the side. And the staff purposely put them in a circle around the pizza on the crust and laughed when they brought it to us and said see it’s on the side. Had eaten here before, and it was somewhere between average and good enough to come back. But my second experience shortly after that, made such an impression that I don’t believe I will ever return to this restaurant and that is sad. This is an example of the Valleys worst. I hope this place has gotten a lot better because businesses should care about their customers. The service was so bad that I stepped aside and placed a phone call to the restaurant and asked for the owner to register a direct complaint, was put on hold, slowly made my way to the main serving area and found the manager laughing behind a wall when he found out that we were asking for the owner. Worst experience ever. As I said had eaten here several times before when the service was passable, so this is and was a real shame. Have not been back and hope it has changed.
As you walk in walk in the place you will see all kinds of Chicago sports memorabilia. We went at noon and had the place to ourselves. Waitress was good and we ordered Chicago beef hotdogs and a meatball sandwich. It took a little while for the food to arrive and we were scratching our head because we were the only ones there. Food was good and we enjoyed watching the several tv in the dining area. Nice place but it took a bit for food to arrive.
I cannot comment on whether it is authentic chicago/Italian food, but it is 100% delicious and worth the money. The pizza sauce and crust is perfect. Their tiramisu is the best ever. I would totally come here over any other pizza place, eventhough they are slightly more expensive it is worth it for the quality of food. Their atmosphere is also very cozy and inviting. I love their quirky and funny signs. Please visit, will not disappoint.
We ordered take out from here for after our game. We had 30 orders. Everything turned out excellent. The food was delicious! Most of our party ordered pizzas. Some ordered appetizers, sandwiches, wings, pasta, salads there are a wide variety of options for everyone to enjoy. You can’t go wrong with any of it but some of the favorites were The Big Tex Chicken sandwich with fries, the breaded pickle spears, the mozzarella sticks, Mac and cheese bites, chicken Parmesan with pasta, lasagna, thin crust pepperoni pizza, Big White thin crust pizza, deep dish cheese pizza and the cubby’s steak and cheese sandwich with fries. We worked with Alyssa and she was awesome! Everything was labeled with names which made it very easy to hand out. She went above and beyond for us and I did not have to worry about a thing but winning our game. Thank you Alyssa and the rest of Cordon’s staff for taking care of us. We will be back!!

This place is legit tasty! ð The coffee is roasted on-site, is responsibly sourced from Latin America, and is the best I have had in the McAllen/Edinburg area. They also make their own lotion, chapstick, honey, tea, cookies, chocolate, and a ton
We retired and bought a 40 foot motor home in 2010. Stoped here on advise of friends This was not on our radar at the time. We returned the next year and people greeted us saying welcome home. We returned every year and eventually bought a home here
Fascinating collection of old motorcycles. Most were Indians and Harlleys. There were a few other brands as well. There was a very nice selection of vintage bikes as well.
