Cordobaat Doral is a great place to live. The staff at the office is very responsive to all of our needs. Maintenance is great. All the staff in this community are professionals and treat tenants with respect. Kudos !!! to Dania Peralta, she is absolutely the best.
Yesterday we had the reopening of the Gym at Cordoba. We had a very good time with all the community neighbors and the staff. Also we had a super Zumba Class full of energy. If you are part of this great community…. See you there
I’m so happy with the way Dania and everyone in the leasing office helped & treated my husband and I. Dania honestly could have had me sign the leasing papers without even looking at the apartment with how sweet and welcoming she was. She got us a great deal for a newly renovated modern apartment that I can’t wait to make a home. I’m 8 months pregnant & she made it so easy for us to move in and prep before my baby is here. Thank you so much again Dania & team, for all the help and support you provided. 10/10
Living in a resort. We spent in Cordoba 7 years since this place was opened back in 2010 and we had absolutely loved renting through you guys. We moved to another city n 2017 and returned in 2020 to Cordoba again. This is an amazing place to live. We intend to continue to continue renting here, actually we just transferred to an awesome renovated apartment. We have consistently experienced the best residential support services with the entire Cordoba Staff. They are friendly and always willing to help you out for anything you might need. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. I would like to thank Sandra Richardson for her kindness and professionalism. Keep up the great work. 100% recommended.
WOW! From the second me and my wife walked in we were treated with respect and amazing customer service. Dania was wonderful walking us through the whole process to getting us approved for our apartment. She showed profesionalism and attention to detail for everything we wanted.Highly recommend Dania she did a wonderful job!
Fantastic community!! Awesomely friendly office and Maintenance staff. My experience of working with Dania has been excellent. One of the main reasons we are continuing our year 6 in Cordoba. She is always their to Listen, Respond and provide best advice!!
Bad. My car has been stolen in the parking garage, the same that is supposed supervised by a person every night, the same watchman that after 2 hours drop a ticket if you are parked inside. Well, that person is good to issue tickets but not to be alert for robbers. Also, requests take longer to be completed… definitely is getting worse. Do not recommend this place!

The remodeled apartments are very comfortable and modern.
