Great place with plenty of space. We loved having the dock right in front of the place. The large porch and beautiful canal view were great!
We had a wonderful stay! Property was clean and quiet. The canal and boat dock were very convenient. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the extra touches like the welcome goodie bag and towel decorations. No issues and would definitely book again.
We had a great 4 nights at the Coral Lagoon House. The decor was fabulous and really made you feel as if you were on vacation. They even made sure we had a pack and play and high chair for our 19 month old. Our favorite part beside the view was being right next to the pool which was the perfect size for our family swims. The house is definitely close enough to the other keys to take day trips which we took advantage of. The only thing we would do differently is stay longer next time!
Such a cute, well maintained condo in Marathon. The pool was a nice amenity. It was quiet and safe.
Second week-long stay, once booked thru Coco Plum and this time with Florida Keys Vacation Rentals. Both times we selected homes (there are also townhouses as options). I love that it's at a marina and pet-friendly. The pool is nice and the other renters/ owners have always been respectful. Both homes are very pleasant and tastefully colorful and nicely decorated. The only downside is the beds are harder than I prefer, but that leads to great massages nearby. It's a beautiful place, the rental companies here are very accommodating, for instance I think it's such a nice touch to have a welcome package. Kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans and coffee machines and serving platters and anything you could need for your entire stay. I will continue coming here annually, we just love it.
Great area for boaters and fishermen. Enjoyed rocking the balconies and watching the boats go out and come in.
Nice places but bring everything you need. Nothing extra offered like every other place we have stayed. Good location. Pool is nice. Convenient for boaters.
This review is for Villa 5, as there are various rental villas on property. This villa is in a great location, midway between Key Largo & Key West, with many services and opportunities there in Marathon. It has up and down decks & a nice view onto the canal. However, you should be aware that view comes with a lack of privacy, as your neighbors on both sides (the villas are attached by common walls) are very close with only short railings between units.||||We had several issues during our week rental. The 1st was the heating system did not work on arrival, a particularly cold day. Mgmt was informed immediately, but it took about 24 hours to fix. The repairman indicated that it had not been turned on since last year. The villa's cleaning & inspection regimen apparently did not include the HVAC system. Note that you are dealing with a property mgmt company, not the villa owner, and neither is on-site. The same day we discovered the electric grill was not working That was fixed but again took some time to be addressed. Additionally, we found that there was nothing provided to cook in the oven-no broiler pan, cookie sheet or the like. That complaint was never rectified. Finally, the fridge died 1 day. In that case mgmt made special effort to replace the same day.||||In sum, nice place, nice location, could use a little more speedy attention to problems that arise.

Tranquility Bay is delightful. Low key and fun. The beach houses are clean, spacious and comfortable. The Tiki bar is just the thing for post pool refreshment - Steve is a great bartender. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Every visit to Marathon, the first thing we pack is our bikes for Old 7. Always a relaxing 4 mile bike ride whether at sunrise or sunset in the middle of the Gulf/Atlantic. A must do when in Marathon.
