Great place. Lots of space. Only a mile outside of Key West so you are close to everything without being right on top of the nightlife if that's not your thing. The owner of the house we stayed in was very responsive to a failed A/C unit, had a repairman out within an hour of speaking to her and everything was fix by the time we got back from out daily activities. Gated community so it's very safe. Would definitely stay here again. Should note that this is not a hotel or resort. These are privately owned houses. We booked ours through VRBO.

Comfortable lodging. Nice clubhouse and pool. Very clean. Only reason its not 5 would be that its a bit pricey and its about a 4 mile walk to the places in key west that tourists want to see. If you drive into keywest, parking is a premium at $16-40 per day. I would recommend renting bikes if you are healthy enough. We had a family of 8 and really enjoyed ourselves. There is a very good restaurant a short walk away called Roostica. You should make reservations during regular dinner hours to ensure seating.

Very nice house, pool is clean, well maintained. However, there is only one e AC thermostat in the house (located downstairs), which means the upstairs bathrooms get warm while the downstairs is cool. They provided extra table fan to help cool the upstairs rooms off.

Beautiful pool area and pool. Condo was spacious and comfortable! Guest house has a great gym area and open area to gather in or a change of scenery. Within walking distance of a great bakery and numerous restaurants. Very happy. Would come again.

Nice rental property of homes, pool,club house. Well maintained grounds. Gated community part of Stock Island area. Plenty of parking depending on the time of year. Good bars and restaurants around the area, so you don't have to go to the Duvall St strip if you don't want to. I've enjoyed myself when ever I stayed here.

Beautiful, quiet place. Our villa was spacious with three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Pool is pretty with lush landscaping. Not a party place, but good for relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful house with every detail and amenity you can think of there. Stocked like your own house. Literally all you need to bring is your clothes! The house was beautifully decorated inside and out, and spotlessly clean. Make your next vacation rental from Judy and Steve Bringle. You won't be sorry!

The Villas are awesome everything you need for your trip and stay in Key West. Pool was lovely the beds are comfy. The home was clean it was a wonderful 5 day Stay.
