Copper River Grill - American restaurant in Nicholasville - 501 Keene Centre Dr, USA

We came in early on a Friday, and there were only a few people eating. There was no hostess, and a number of staff walked past us, so it took a little bit for someone to come acknowledge and seat us. Once seating the staff was very kind and answered all questions. They even gave us a little history of the restaurant. The food was good quality. The portion sizes were good. The prime rib sandwich was quite dry. The pepperoni pizza dough seemed a bit undercooked, but the flavor and toppings were good. The hamberger was quite good and cooked the way it was requested. I did love the onion fries they were so yummy. The nachos were overwhelmed with blue cheese, so all other flavors were a bit lost. The inside is absolutely beautiful and rustic. I loved the space, lighting, and decor. Overall, it was a bit expensive for the results. Had the food been a bit better, this place would be fantastic!

This restaurant is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner out. My fiancé took me here and the place is beautiful designed! It has a large bar, wooden booths, a central fireplace and an open-concept kitchen. Our server was so friendly and had a great sense of humour. For our dishes, we each got the Caesar salad, and got the loaded fries for our appetizer. The portions are very large, but it was delicious! For our mains, I got their Blackened Chicken Alfredo, and it was scrumptious! My fiancé got their Stuffed Flounder, and also loved it. We were very full at the end of it and had lots of leftovers to take home, so we will make sure to be prepared for the generous portions next time we visit!

I couldn't count how many times I've been here. I love this place it never disappoints the food is amazing and the service is always beyond great. My favorites are the house salad with the house dressing and the bacon ranch fries, they have the best fries no one compares to the quality of them.

Very good atmosphere. The food was excellent and the servings they give you are so much! I had enough for 3 people. Our server was very friendly.

Delicious food really good house salad with buttery and sweet croissant and bomb Cajun wings!!! Wish they had more spicy powder rub but still 🔥!!! And I would pay a lot more for that firecracker noodles with chicken and shrimp that was 💣 💣 💣 💣 🔥!!!!! 10/10 would recommend definitely made our anniversary date night!!! Flounder and shrimp was OK nothing special.. Busy slammed at 7:30-9:30ish but they kept up running around the orders.. would maybe come earlier next time but the cooks did a phenomenal job for how busy and slammed it was!!!

My Italian chop chicken salad was to die for! My husband got the fried chicken sandwich and he loved that as well, the fries were great as well. Mike was our waiter and did a good job…..but, I did want to drink some iced tea and I asked if they had honey or agave and he said absolutely not. Although I did notice my croissant on my plate was smothered in honey. So, I have to give him the benefit of the doubt, that maybe he really didn’t know or was he being lazy, lol. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Copper River Grill is hands down the best sit-in restaurant I've been to in a long time! The service was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The friendly environment added to the overall positive experience. As for the food, it was beyond amazing! Each dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back and indulge in their delicious offerings again! 🌟🍽️😋

This place was awesome. Not a thing to complain about. Food was awesome and had a great waitress. Never had to ask for anything an was reasonably priced on food. I80.00 for 5 people an was all stuffed when we left.
