My partner and I stopped in for a quick lunch and it was delicious. I always come back for the Chicken Alfredo! Great atmosphere and service. I would definitely recommend getting the Spinach & Artichoke Dip or Bayou Broccoli as starters!

Very good food and service. Waiter even brought the chef out when we had some questions about the dishes. Amazing service. Newly renovated (but this was outlet first time here so didn't know. Looks very nice inside. Recommended!

I gave one star for food and service because I couldn't give it a lower star. We came from out of town for the Saints vs. Lions game. Ask for the best place to eat many said Copeland's. They LIED, the worst service ever. We waited over an hour for anyone to service us. The waiters were arguing about whose table we were sitting at. The drinks were good. My salmon was cold, and not cooked well. 😩 I didn't want to make a fuzz, we left.... after paying full price and leaving a tip. I was sick all night. I will never recommend this place to no one....SO DISAPPOINTED

We went for their 4 for $40 special promotion. For an appetizer to share, we selected the artichoke and spinach dip with bowtie pasta. We each picked our own entree. One was a spicy shrimp pasta dish and the other one was a blackened trio dish. We were offered a choice of items to pick from. And of course for dessert we had to pick their cheesecake. We enjoyed our meal and our waiter was very attentive.

All around great creole/cajun cuisine. This is a chain and we have dined at more than one location. The food is same quality food at all locations. I highly recommend the spicy herb chicken, crab claws, and red beans and rice!

It was super busy when we went, but we were able to get a table fairly soon. We received great service from our server. The food was ok. My favorite was the crab claws and the corn crab bisque. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. I thought the gumbo was a little bland. They didn't have most of the dessert options available, so we weren't able to get anything.

Ordered takeout on my way to work and it was delicious. Food was ready when I arrived and brought out quickly. Everything was hot and fresh🤤 Came here a few nights ago and had the best service by far. David S. Was amazing! I am huge on customer service and I was wowed. Drinks filled before empty , food came out quick and delicious. He really made this experience amazing. I was really taken back by how good his service was. I have been in the service industry for years and he had me thinking I need to step my game up 😂 food here is always great but accompanied by amazing service 😍

I probably got in about 35 min prior to close and nervous about the service because of it. My family was looking for anything open at this point since a lot closed at 8. Molly, our waitress, was dealing with a difficult table until she could get to us. But when she did, she brushed it off, and provided excellent service. I think pricing was fair in comparison to how much I would've spent in the French Quarter for the same food and quality. I got the crawfish Alfredo and my husband got the shrimp poboy, both super good. Payton was weird.
