Since staying the area for work I tried this place for the first time. I got the broccoli cheese/ bacon balls and shrimp etouffee. The food was actually very good and the etoufee spiced very well. My server, Patrick, was great in recommending some dishes I had questions on. The interior needs updating but other than that great experience! I would eat there again.
Good location and great server. We ordered smoked tuna, blacken red fish with crab, and shrimp ettifan. Great Cajun food.
The kids bought me here to celebrate my 51st birthday. Our waitress was fantastic, I ordered the wings they were delicious. My daughter ordered the pizza bowl, and the noodles were overcooked. They quickly fixed the problem and allowed her to choose something else. Overall, everything was nice and pleasant
Great food! Although this is technically a franchise, Copeland’s had some amazing southern and Cajun food options. Our server, Carl, was excellent and accommodating. He walked around to three different parts of the restaurant just to get me some coke as they were beginning to close up and slowly shutting down parts of the restaurant. The biscuits were warm and fluffy and he got us some more to go. The drinks were subpar for me but my wife enjoyed them. Moreover they have extremely reasonably priced wine by the bottle. Will definitely come back here!
Had a great first experience. Hit all the marks I was looking for. The menu has great options and the desserts options are really unique. I sat at the bar so didn’t get to experience the full ambience. Would definitely come back and wish they had one in Miami!
Waitress was absolutely horrible. She never cleaned one dish off the table. The manager constantly looking to see when everyone was leaving. Got to the end of our meal and cut the lights on fully. Food was great, but service was awful
Waiter was great; the drinks weren't strong, but they were good and probably were perfect for a mid day meal. The food was decent, bayou beoccoli was amazing and the cheesecake was fire. Entrees were average; I dont even remember them.
As New Orleans natives we have lived in the area for a year now, and finally tried this Copeland’s. We were pleasantly satisfied with the flavors and portion sizes. Gigi was our server and she was great! Fun and offered great suggestions. The praline cheesecake was delicious!

The food made my taste buds dance, delicious!!! A kind man came around checking on tables several times, he even brought my son a freshly made biscuit!! Their biscuits are out of this world, not crumbly and not greasy. My daughter had their boudin
When we visit Shreveport we always stop by bergerons and get us boudin balls and they had a wrap which tasted like a Cajun egg roll with boudin in it. It never disappoints, just wish they them in Dallas.
Ate here while visiting the area for work, I was very impressed. Got the Cajun sampler and really enjoyed the flavor of everything on it. The vibes were also really nice, I couldn't easily find any history on the place but it's evident it has some. O
I had the privilege of participating in my first boxing class under the guidance of Sawyer, a truly remarkable instructor. Prior to the class, Sawyer dedicated his time to acquaint me with the fundamental principles of boxing. Throughout the session,
