Cooter Pond Park is definitely one of the best things that happened to that area. It's Fall, 🍁 I knew that everything would be changing colors, so I decided to drive over there to capture it.
It is breathtaking at any time of year. Especially now, after the drought that we've been having here, a lot of the trees have dried out, and their leaves have changed color . The weather was perfect, with the slight breeze blowing on the pond . This park is handicap friendly. There are a couple of different benches scattered throughout the boardwalk as well as covered gazebos. It's a perfect view from every angle of the park. You can also walk along the water in a wooded area and back out to a trail onto the other side of the pond. Quite a few Gators were present. So you need to be looking on both sides when walking in the wooded area . Don't forget that gators come out of the water.
On the other side of the pond, there's a beautiful paved walkway that is shaded. With benches throughout the park with views of the entire ponds. It is the perfect place to take a break away from the everyday hustle and bustle. One day, I'll get there for Sunrise it must be incredible over the pond. Safe travels
2023-10-22: This is a nice, little park on Cooter Pond. There is a boardwalk along a good portion of the pond where you can see a variety of wildlife. I saw six gators around six to eight feet long. There are quite a few Cooters (turtles) for which this pond gets its name from.
Beautiful .5 mile boardwalk (gators, turtles, fish, birds) - sadly people were pigs leaving trash/food leftovers along the way - no trash receptical close for me to clean up.
Absolutely beautiful! Saw many alligators, Cooper turtles, birds, and fish.
What a wonderful place to go! I would highly recommend cooter's Pond Park it's a very peaceful place and basically it's a boardwalk and if you go around sunset every evening at this time of year you're guaranteed to probably see probably between three and five alligators and numerous turtles ducks and all kinds of other wildlife. Great place to visit and I'm so fortunate to live a half a mile from here so I'm there everyday usually around sunset is my favorite. Great to bring the family or solo or anyting just be sure to go
The Inverness pond is a cool spot to hang and have a relaxing lunch or just come and walk the dog. We took a scenic view and caught an 🐊 alligator or two but no turtles this time. It has a few neat games for the kids and is always litter free. You’re safe to being the kids and parking is free with plenty of it available.
Cute little park. They have a gazebo and some picnic tables. We seen 2 gators and a bunch of turtles of course. People fish on the walk way.
Gorgeous and peaceful. It's basically a long crooked pier on the edge of a sizable pond with small pavilions and benches along the way. I saw dragonflies, birds, tiny fish, turtles and even an alligator. Good place for a stroll or a jog.

Really cool park off the Withlacoochee bike trail. The park has trails to walk or ride. Restrooms and picnic areas available. There's a small fee to enter the park $2 per cyclist if entering from the bike trail. It's definitely worth the fee if you w
Driving to this field is a beautiful trip. Park has tall trees, some small picnic tables. Restrooms are available. Small playground for kids. The park is adjacent to the airport, planes landing periodically is a different sight.
Greatest customer service and a chill atmosphere for meeting new people... Boola!!! I give it all my thumbs up and more!

This is the real Pho and not an expensive fusion place. Staff was very nice and came back several times to check on us. Price, quality and serving size was spot on. Peanut sauce was wonderful. I know your re decorating and would love to see when
A great place to get out in nature especially if you do not want to be around a crowd. We like to airboat here and fish. Its nice to get away from it all. Some come out here to hunt during the fall season which is a downside for non hunters but every

The trainers are fantastic. They are the reason I workout at AF. Iâm a senior and attend at least two team classes per week. Akin to a boot camp, these classes are challenging and combine weight training with cardio. The trainers conduct a warm
Just a great, friendly bar with a welcoming atmosphere and super staff. Packed on the Friday night we were here. Great place to hang out, drink, eat and meet folks!
This is a really nice WMA. We went on a weekday, and so we pretty much had the forest to ourselves. The forest is beautiful and set aside the aerial traffic above, it's a quiet, peaceful place. The roads are good for hiking or biking. We stayed on th
