Had a lovely experience with my wife here. The food was fresh and flavorful. Our server took care of us with a smile and bright energy super welcoming. The overall feel of the restaurant is elegant and welcoming. Looking forward to coming here again. Also noting there is a point system here for wine. The more points you get you can use towards wine at any moment.

On 12/20/23 we had a 4:00 pm reservation for a party of 11. We were not seated until close to 5:00 pm. I will say this this place is beautiful inside. We waited in the wine tasting section which was horrible because it was so over crowded. Once seated a manger came over and apologized for the delay. We appreciated the apology and was just ready to enjoy our night. It was so cold we all sat in our coats the entire time. We asked four times if the air could be turned off or gear turned up but nothing happened. We ordered our food which came out except for one plate. The last plate finally came out after everyone else in our party was finished. Once she received her meal her burger was raw on the inside so it had to be sent back we requested that it just be packed to go because we were all freezing. The appetizers were to die for delicious however the main dishes were not only the 4 people in our party ordered Jambalaya and none of us ate it. Two managers came to see how our experience was and we were honest. The second manager said she was going to the kitchen to check on the Jambalaya because she had received multiple compliments about it through out the evening when we got out final bill they only took off the burger. Since we had already waited so long we just paid and left. This was by far my worst experience at any Coopers Hawk location. I took my jambalaya home since I paid for it to my child and he didn’t even want it so it went in the trash. Now to the best part our server. Francesca was phenomenal she was very attentive to our entire party. She was very pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Although we didn’t feel like we should have paid for food we threw away we tipped our server generously she made a horrible situation that was beyond her control a little bit lighter for us. Francesca is a great addition to the Coppers Hawk family and I pray they treat her better than their customers.

Met with family members at this location to have an early Saturday lunch. Staff was very accommodating by allowing us entry a few minutes prior to opening to facilitate a hassle free entry for my wheelchair bound aunt. We were fortunate to have Jordan as our server; he was very knowledgeable about menu items, offered great suggestions and provided substituins where possible. He was always around/available without hovering, and kept table cleared of used plates and glasses. Food was good as usual and the spacious dining area made for a comfortable experience even with a packed dining room. This was our 2nd visit to this particular location; am certain we'll keep going back.

When I say this was a great night for my husband and I I mean just that!! Our bartender Kenya made the night truly worth coming out for! She greeted us with her cheerful personality and made sure our wine tasting was a time well spent! I will definitely be back!!

So I came here for a nice solo date. I did wine tasting and then lunch. The wine tasting experience was fun and enjoyable! I am the sober friend lol soooo I felt the 8 tastings that were given. Nonetheless I would do it again and again. The wines for the wine tasting change every month so that’s an experience within itself. You would for sure enjoy yourself. I also had the over the border egg rolls and the country rigatoni. Highly recommend each dish. 10/10 would recommend.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The wine is delicious and the flavors are plentiful. It's a relaxed space not very fancy but not too casual. The food is always good and the pretzel bread is one of my friends favorites as well. I have been going here for years and not once have I felt like it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Try the wine flight and you won't be disappointed! Also try the lobster bisque and brussel sprouts that's another wonderful combination.

Had an another great time at the tasting room! Tiffany is a phenomenal staff member — she’s friendly, very attentive and provides terrific customer service. Vicky is also one of the best team members we’ve ever met - she always greets us with a warm welcome and makes us feel part of the Cooper’s Hawk family. ❤️ CH wines never disappoint and we highly enjoy our wine club membership. Cheers to another enjoyable experience!

Great food, sometimes too dark in the place but otherwise service is great and never had a bad time there! Love my wine club membership. Egg rolls and meatballs are the best!
