Coolidge House Bed & Breakfast - Featured Reviews (15)
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! Jordan was a wonderful host. The bed and breakfast is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ashland and many shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and cozy, the breakfast was delicious. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future. I'm adding a picture of the Coolidge House at night; the other two pictures with the pink blossom trees is the view from the front porch of the Coolidge house (NOT the Coolidge house itself).
This place is outstanding 👏 👌 🙌 ✨️ Huge shout out to Jordan!!!!! He is such an amazing host very kind, friendly, and welcoming 😊 His cooking skills are above and beyond 😀Breakfast would hold us over therefore we didn't need to spend as much eating out and his meals were super fresh and made me feel good ☺️ Jordan accommodated my food restrictions and made me a pleasant, delightful breakfast 😁 I can't wait to return! The home was beautiful and very comfy. Thank you Jordan I can't wait to stay again ❤️
We have been coming to The Coolidge House for many years and each time we fall more in love with the place, Jordan’s absolutely amazing hospitality and the pleasure of Ashland! Just two blocks away from the downtown area, this bed and breakfast will exceed your expectations in every way. Jordan the host makes sublime breakfasts tailored to your dietary requirements, and there’s always tea, wine, lemonade and homemade cookies later in the day. Each room is en-suite and ours was beautifully decorated with a fabulous king size bed and marvelous air conditioning. The old Victorian house has a fascinating history and Jordan is a fount of knowledge about the town, the theatre and places of interest. We sat in the garden under the grape vines enjoying the pure relaxation that happens when you stay here. Make sure to book ahead because once you have experienced Coolidge House you will definitely want to return.
Truly a lovely place. Comfy room, cute decor, the building has character. The gentleman who runs the place is so kind and knowledgeable. I wish we could have stayed longer but we only had one night here. My favourite part was the beautiful gardens. We even saw little baby deer frolicking around! It was such an idyllic setting, although only a couple blocks from downtown, Lithia Park, and the theatres. I would definitely stay here again. It should be noted that there are lots of stairs involved. It's an old building without an elevator. I think there are rooms on the first floor but if you have mobility issues you might want to call and inquire.
What a wonderful B&B. From the time we checked in, our host/owner Jordan was fabulous. We felt so spoiled he had wine/ice tea/hot tea available w/warm homemade cookies fresh out of the oven in the afternoon. The. daily breakfasts were first class. We thought Jordan had gone to Chef school. The presentation of the breakfast meals and flavor was A+. We are very picky about where we stay and the Coolidge House is awesome. Jordan is awesome and his recommendations for dinner restaurants were spot on. We met guests at breakfast that have returned annually to Coolidge B&B for the past 20+ years! We definitely will be back next year if not sooner. We loved it and hated to leave.
We recently spent three days in Ashland and stayed at Jordan’s Coolidge House. He’s an amazing host. Our room was perfect. Every morning we were presently surprised w/the breakfasts he served. OMG! In the afternoons he provided wine and homemade cookies. We were so spoiled we hated to leave. We’ll be back. We discovered that many guests have been coming to the Coolidge House for 20 yrs plus due to Jordan’s hospitality.
You are welcomed at the Coolidge House by your gracious host Jordan. He has thought of everything including home made cookies, afternoon wine, iced teas, etc. There is beautiful outdoor seating if the weather is nice as well as a porch and upstairs deck. Breakfasts are superb. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. It is not a far walk to the theaters:towns. Highly recommend it amongst all the B&Bs in Ashland.
Jordan is a wonderful host who gathers wonderful people around him. Our room (The Sun Suite) was great. It sits on the second floor a courtyard away from the main house. It is clean and well appointed. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. We were there the last week of October which is the week that the Shakespeare Festival ends, so many of the guests were there to get in as many plays as they could. The breakfast discussions were wonderful. We will definitely be back.
We had a great time! The theme and puzzles were entertaining and just the right amount of challenging. Thanks Eden for being the perfect âbar tenderâ host!
Drop everything and get to Ashland ASAP to dine at MÃS. I am a food inspired traveler, and have spent the past 10 years of my life exploring every corner of the USA and the world for the best dining experiences. I have dined at many 1, 2, and 3 Mich
Exceeded my expectations!! I came for an artist retreat and got so much more! Jacqui and Billy were wonderful hostesses. Jacqui accommodated every single need from planning amazing art activities, delicious local restaurants, beautifully appointed
This theater is incredible. There's not a bad seat in the house. It's worth every penny to see shows here. We are seeing The Three Muskateers and it's a true gem. Wine and beer, popcorn and cookies are all sold inside and can be taken to your seat.
I had such a lovely experience!! This was my second time coming in, and I brought my grandma with me. She visited from Portland, and I wanted to do something special with herâ¦.tea time! We had the complete queenâs service with the gorgeous tiered
