Beautiful room - felt like "home". The breakfast was great and the overall feeling of the house was cozy and filled with character! The location was easy to access from the transit system, just a short walk and you were at the stop. Also recommend Prairie Fire restaurant just near the Coolidge Corner transit stop!
Really loved the complementary breakfast and parking accomodations. It was a very enjoyable stay. Quiet and friendly housemates. Very easy to get a lyft from and to downtown. Our room had a beautiful view of the neighborhood from the second floor.
Everything was clean and the host helped us figure out how to get a train downtown for our concert. The room was clean and comfortable. They had good bagels at the continental breakfast too. It is located a short walk from the green line so its easy to get to downtown Boston.
Cutest b&b in a super cute neighborhood! Stayed on the third floor and didn’t hear a peep from anyone. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for grab and go. Parking was super cheap! $11 Uber to Fenway park. We will definitely come back, many times!
I stayed at Coolidge Corner Guest House with my teenage son. We appreciated the Hollywood king bed which kept us nicely separated. The location was an easy walk to Brookline Village, Longwood, Beacon Street and Commonwealth Avenue subway stops. Harvard street is close by with shops and eateries. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the aesthetic was old fashioned as you would expect in a B&B. The breakfast included very good bagels (from the perspective of a New Yorker), strong coffee, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Contactless check-in worked well, and the owners were responsive when I forgot the front door code.
Very nice place in great location. Accommodating, friendly staff. Good coffee in the morning too along with simple breakfast options. The beds were comfortable, AC was more than adequate, and fans provided. Very reasonable price for the location.
This was my second visit to this BnB. Excellent accommodations. Staff was wonderful. Quiet, comfortable, and very good location. I highly recommend and will return! This BnB would be a great location for a family or friends getaway. Continental breakfast was perfect.
This felt like the quintessential BnB experience - the place was old and a bit creaky but in the best way - the accommodations were comfy, the location was great, and the space had wonderful personality. I love Boston but don't love staying in soul-less downtown hotels. This was a great alternative at a very reasonable price.
The Samuel Sewall Inn is open! I found my way to rent a room for a month. It has only been one day and I am totally in love with the owners, the property manager, the room and the installations. It's sort of an old mansion with much personality and b
Don't be like us and show up the week before Thanksgiving expecting to get a pie. There were also extending circumstances that affected their pie production. Regardless, we enjoyed their pastries and drinks, as well as their friendly service and woul
The Turkish dumplings were delicious! The dumplings alone taste great. The sauce and the oil give the dumplings a tangy taste which brings the entree together. The customer service was welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!
