Robert and his girls are always great! They are ready to help and always give the best advice and suggestions for your needs. The beds are clean, and bulbs are ALWAYS changed, so you get the best tan possible.Tanning lotions are affordable with a lot of variety to choose from. Cool Beach is the Best!
Wonderful staff!!! The first day I came in the young lady answered all my questions, I asked to see all of the beds and she was happy to do so. I asked her what would be the best plan for me since I didn’t live in the area and she didn’t try to up sell me at all she was honest with her recommendation. Everything was clean from top to bottom. I highly recommend this establishment.

I wish I could give this place more stars! They are absolutely amazing and so is the staff! The girls are super sweet and they know what they are doing! I went to a local tanning salon near me and it turned out horrendous. I went to Cool Beach Tan and they fixed me up! Highly recommend this place to everyone!
I absolutely love this tanning salon! The staff is always super nice and helpful and very attentive. And the prices and beds are far better than anywhere else I've been!
Jenna was awesome! She made sure to explain the process as she performed my sunless tanning session. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience and she made sure I was happy with the results. They worked me in at the last minute and I was very impressed with the hospitality! Thanks and I will definitely return next time I am in town!
I have been going to this tanning salon for over 4 years when the one I had been going to for over 10 years completely shut down without any warning and I had just purchased an expensive package 3 days before and never got a refund or any explanation. It turned out to be the best change for me! The owner and his staff is by far the most knowledgeable in the business and they always have the best customer service I have ever received. They are not pushy or try to get you to buy something that you cant afford. They are very helpful and make you feel welcome and they seem happy to work there which is a direct reflection of their owner and I believe it shows how great he is to his employees. I cant say enough good things about this business. I really have never had a bad experience there and wish we had more small businesses in middle GA like this one.
I've been tanning here for almost 4 years now, before that i tanned at a competitor. I went to cool beach with my daughter one day, she'd been going here for years and to show me the difference between his and the other place. I've been tanning there ever since and won't even consider going elsewhere. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to take care of customers. They've got great prices and the owners, Robert and his wife Lynn are always so nice and friendly and ask you how you are and how was the bed you used. They are always upgrading to the newest beds, lotions and skin care products.They could most definitely teach some of the other businesses around town a thing or two about customer service. Thanks guys y'all are THE BEST!!!!
