Cook's Motel - Motel in Panama City Beach - 9300 Front Beach Rd, USA

This place is a good place to stay. The rooms could use a few updates like coffee pot and had no place to hang up clothes. The good thing is there was NO bed bugs and NO roaches. We got clean towel everyday and maids where very nice. And so was management. Swimming pool was very nice too. Yes I would stay here again in the future. This is a great place to stay if you don't have alot of money to spend on a room. It is reasonable. And it is a safe place too.

Very honest review, if you’re looking for a clean room, clean tile floors, cold air, comfy bed with clean linens. This is your place. ||The gentlemen that manages is super super friendly and takes pride in the facilities. ||This is a perfect budget place in a great local.

Rooms were clean despite the reputation this place has. Almost didn't stop to get the room. Cleaning lady was friendly and offered amenities daily. Location is great, a mile from walmart and located near the beach. Glad we stayed.

Nice ma and pop kinda of place to stay, young man that's running it is very polite and kind ...his housekeeper is amazing (staci) i highly recommend to stay at his motel

If I could leave no stars, I would. They gave my reservation away and gave me absolutely no notice whatsoever until I walked in the door after driving a thousand miles. The staff was extremely rude. They basically just said, "Too bad" and ignored us whenever we tried to find a resolution. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us no. When we tried calling they would pick up the phone and set it on the counter and hang up after several minutes of just hearing them laugh and talk. Customer service was horrible, the overall experience was horrible, and now I still have to find a room for the night for a family of 4. Do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs.

This place is amazing! They remodeled and it's better than EVER! Came down for my best friends daughters 14th birthday. We always stay at cooks and will continue to as the years to come! Thanks cooks for the amazing time!!! It rained on Saturday but it was worth it !!!

Checked in. checked the room about 7 layers of paint smells like cigarettes and mold. Clovers wore out threads loose just looks and smells dirty. Checked right back out. I've stayed in some 50 motels with work and this is hands down the worst motel I've seen. Believe me pass on this one. PS lady I don't need anything free I just need a clean room 😂😂😂

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed . There are residents that live there and they are mostly drug addicts and prostitutes. We got to listen to our neighbor service her johns all night. Our room was vile . There were pubes in the tub and on the toilet seat. There were pubes and more in the first bed . Open beer in the fridge and clothes under the covers. We moved rooms to the “ nicer family room” that’s laughable. Two beds again , separated by a wall . Bugs and roaches everywhere. Cigarette burns all of the comforters, chairs were burned badly , curtains coming off the rods, very old, smelled of cigarettes and old food. Bed was very squishy which for most is nice but I have a bad back and it was not good for me. Pool was not open and gross . Owners are in the office they are incredibly rude and act put out your there( maybe it was a bad day ?) I’ll let that slide. But the man who came out of his room cussing out his probabtion officer right before his arrest was fun. I don’t think it’s a place for visitors. Only drifters or displaced people or “working people” we got offered weed by three different residence if we were looking to buy. Just not family friendly or safe . Very run down and pretty gross.
