Great little coffee/ dessert place. The store has many options which is great since you can satisfy everyone's cravings in one place. They have cookies, sundae's, milkshake, espresso drinks and more. They have a few tables inside but you can also walk around the area. The service was great and the cashier was very patient with me and was ready to answer any questions. We had a milkshake, red velvet cookie and a chocolate sundae. All of them were good and while we ate we saw how they were preparing the cookies which was nice.

I like the variety of the cookies and the size of them (about 4" x 4"). However my cookies were hard and only slightly chewy in the middle. They said if you don't eat the cookies they will be fine sitting out for a couple days. I'm sure it will taste better once I nuke them for a few seconds. They keep most of the same flavors on hand but their current seasonal flavor is the M&M cookie. For ice cream the seasonal flavor is Mango Sorbet (as of 8/9/23). I will probably only visit if I'm in the plaza. It wasn't mind-blowing enough to go out of the way. However they encourage online orders in which you will get 10% off!

I tried the strawberry and vanilla ice cream and the strawberry one was amazing! Also tried the white chocolate macadamia cookie and it was on the drier side, the flavors were good though. Maybe because it was later in the day?! Would definitely visit again to give it another chance.

I HIGHLY recommend Cookiez By Sara! When I was visiting San Francisco, I stopped in after grabbing lunch because I was craving something sweet! What a cute place! The customer service was great and the cookies are DELICIOUS! So, when I got back home I ordered cookies for a get together with friends and had them shipped to me in SC. They arrived on time as promised. They were packaged with care, individually wrapped and none of the cookies were damaged. I was pleasantly surprised! Not to mention, again, the cookies are DELICIOUS and were a huge hit with my friends! I will definitely order more in the near future!

The cookies are pretty good, but the ice cream situation is TERRIBLE. We ordered two single scoops with “hot” fudge, and revived a measly amount of ice cream and a light drizzle of chocolate sauce (it was NOT hot fudge by any means). A $5 scoop should be larger than this in my opinion, and at $1 per topping I’d hope to get more than four bites of chocolate sauce.

These were the best cookies I've ever had....I was having a long tough day and one bite bright me back to childhood. I can't wait to go back again!

I’m a huge cookie fan and always love trying new cookie places I’m not sure if it’s the texture they’re aiming for but these are more on the crispy / crunchy side and weren’t very soft The flavors are pretty boring - nothing really interesting like you’d find at Insomnia or Crumbl. Part of my love for cookies is enjoying ones that would be to hard or time consuming to make at home but nothing here really gave that vibe. They all felt like you could easily make them at home yourself For the price I felt the size was lacking. The price is similar to the other stores mentioned but the portions even for the more premium cookies felt incredibly small - I get it this is supposed to be a small business / local place but the value wasn’t there for me

Absolutely delicious! I always get the smores cookies. They are addictive. It is perfectly baked. Everything is always clean and fast at this establishment. Grateful I decided to check in here instead of getting crumbl because the cookies here are out of this world!
